Installation, testing and commissioning of Single Phase Smart prepayment energy meter with box by skilled technical staff such that no faults in metering system due to poor installation, alongwith training of end user on new metering system and working with consumer & Installer mobile app, Initial reading data capturing during installation and providing the same to MES personnel's for further record keeping and accounting, SLA driven installation and commissioning work of the metering system complete all as specified and directed.

Hosting and Configuration of the Web based Software, Website Setup, User Credential Creation with following modules & services along with live Demos, accessability in above system. OTP features must be required either by APP or registered mobile number for login the Web System through Admin/Supervisor Manager & BSO/Cashier. The supplied Web/Vending Software must be configured in 2 Nos or more of MES PCs which will be given at the time of commission comprising the following :- (i) Consumer and Meter Management Module The Consumer and meter management module would be responsible for creating and managing the consumer information. System should be capable to add/remove the consumers triggered through transfers/service completion of the employees. SEWAGE DISPOSAL RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-25 Design mix in walls, Base slab, Baffle wall and roof slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, manhole opening with covers connection etc. for 100 users, dimensions of septic tank shall be as per TD drawing given for 100 users complete all as specified and as directed.

STANDBY POWER SUPPLY Construction of Brick masonary platform in CM 1:6 of size 3.5 x 2.5 Mtr of height 30cm from ground level finished with 50mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 floor over 75mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 sub-base over 100mm thick hardcore over rammed earth including finished with external plaster in CM 1:4 applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified. Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included of excavation, returning filling & removing of surplus soil etc.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 30 KVA with AMF panel complete with suitable acousatic enclosures all as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest guidelines, 50 cycle per second with 0.8 PF, engine as per IS-10001/10002 and altemator as per IS- 13364 complete. The Engine and alternator shall be capable to take 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hours operation. (a) Electric Motors 12 volts with 01 No 12 volts, 90 AH battery with battery charger and battery charger having electronic control consisting of diodes, rectifiers contacts, resistance etc. The battery charger shall be able to charge the battery at all time whenever electric supply is given to the battery charger through control panel. (b) Heavy duty industrial silencer fitted with expansion joint and silencer pipe duly lapping with asbestos rope from engine to outside power house building up to 0.50 meters and independently supported with and including frame fixed to wall/floors. (c) Fly wheel with coupling bolts. (d) Lub oil filter. (e) Instrument panel comprising of microprocessor based controller for measuring parameters like coolant temperature, running hours, lubricating oil pressure etc. (f) Engine speed govemor (Electro Mechanical) class Al, Governing as per BS 5514. (g) Air filter (Dry type). (h) Turbocharger of suitable capacity. (j) Gear pump for forced feed lubrication. (k) Fuel Injection pump. (i) Fuel filter double bow. (m) Microprocessor based controller in panel for high cooling water temperature and low lube oil pressure with alarm and shut down facility. (n) Radiators. (0) Flexible rubber coupling.

The alternators shall be conforming to IS-4722 & IS-4728 as per following specifications:- (a) Type : Salient poles, single bearing brushless type suitable for direct coupling to engine. (b) Rating : Guaranteed to deliver required output at the ambient temp conditions. Suitable for an over load of 10% for 1 hour in every 12 hours operations. (c) Voltage regulation : Provided with fast response thyristors type electronics automatic voltage regulators, which holds output voltage with in desired limits (+/- 1%) (d) Self excited - self regulated. (e) Alternator loading : suitable for taking rated load immediately after machines reaches rated voltage and speed.

(g) Enclosures : screen protected drip proof enclosure with IP23 degree of protection (h) Cooling : Air cooled type with radial fan mounted on rotors. (j) Control panel shall be provided with PC 1.1 Controller and digital display for measuring of line / phase voltages / currents, frequency etc. and having MCCB of 63 Amps with overload and short circuit protection. (C) AMF Panel :- (i) Standard control panel for DG set shall be made of fabricated sheet cubical type with front hinged cover, with internal copper wiring and of suitable size complete with microprocessor based controller with following features :- (a) State of the art compact Microprocessor based fully configurable technology. (b) Integration of all engine and alternator parameters. (c) For ease of viewing, high performance graphical LCD and prominent display. (d) Event logging history for easy of maint/service. (e) Capability of withstanding wide range of operating temp. (f) Individual touch buttons for manual, auto and test mode. (g) LED indications for genset status and alarms. (h) Battery conditions monitoring. (j)Statistical cumulative counters like, No of starts, Engine run Hrs, Kwh. (k) Setting provisions for different parameters on front panel. (l) Two Nos. Microprocessors based EDO , MCCB 63 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity, one for main supply and other for DG set supply. (m) Two No contactors of 100 Amps capacity for main and DG. (n) Aluminium bus bars of 100 Amps capacity provide with termination.

(iii) Protections :- (a) Electrical protections : Under/Over voltage, under/over frequency, phase failure. Phase sequencer reverse, over current, Over KW. (b) Mechanical Protections : Under/over speed, low lube oil pressure, high engine coolant temp, low fuel level alarm, start/stop fail, charging alternator fail. (iv) Cable entry gland plate with out cable glands. (D) Connection of alternator control panel to LT panel with PVC insulated unarmoured single core copper cable of size 25 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including copper tube terminal heavy duty at both ends for connections and 40m long (E) Foundations :- DG Set shall be installed on new foundation block as per manufacture recommendations. Note :- The foundation shall be measured and paid seperately.
