SCHEDULE A PART-I (REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS /SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT KATTABOMMAN AND RS(P))

Supply and fix in repairs for the following items for street light fittings complete all specified and as directed as under :- Make - Bajaj/Philips/Crompton Greaves

(a) Ballast for HPSV/MH - 400 Watts

(b) Metal halide lamp 400 Watts

(c) Metal halide lamp 250 Watts

(d) Metal halide lamp 150 Watts

(e) T-5 fitting including 14 watt pin type CFL

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for erecting of steel tubular swaged pole etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, spreading and compacting of approved river sand in cable ducts / trenches for cable cushion on both top and bottom of cable, including ramming as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay burnt bricks for cable protection of sub class 'B' standard size in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI pipe light grade and supply and lay GI tubing, light grade 40mm dia on trenches/fix on poles /walls/ road crossing for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Tata/Jindal/Zenith/Prakash/ Swastik

Supply and laying LT UG cable, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured, multistranded, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, ducts, on poles, walls, through pipes etc complete for the following sizes including cable glands on both side terminations where necessary etc., complete including taking down the existing cable of following sizes:- Note: Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

(a) 2 core 6 Sqmm

(b) 2 core 10 Sqmm

(d) 4 core 10 Sqmm

(e) 4 core 16 Sqmm

Supply and fix in repairs Post top lantern fitting LED type with 40 Watt LED made in cast aluminium spigot housing with decorative opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Bajaj Cat No. BGCL 40W LED or equivalent in CORMPTON/PHILIPS /C&S

Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light luminarie 60W with pressure die cast aluminium housing complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Bajaj Cat No BJFL 60W LED or equivalent in CORMPTON/PHILIPS/C&S

Supply and fix in repairs LED lamp fitting with 1 x 45 LED and all other accessories complete and Disconnecting and taking down the unserviceable rusted street light fittings from the steel tubular poles including 40 mm dia light grade GI tube bracket of length 1.5 mtr, bend to required shape including MS clamp made out of 30 mm x 6 mm MS flat iron and fix on steel tubular poles with necessary GI bolts, nuts and washers - 2 sets complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Bajaj Cat Part No BRTFG 45W LED or equivalent in Philips/CG/C&S.

Supply and fix 40 mm dia light grade GI tube bracket of length 1.5 metre bend to required shape including MS clamp made out of 30 mm x 6 mm MS flat iron and fix on steel tubular poles with necessary GI bolts, nuts and washers - 2 sets for each fittings including taking down the existing GI tube bracket complete set all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 3 pole power contactor, ML 3 type, AC 440 Volts, 3 phase, coil voltage 440 volts, 40 Amps in the existing street light control switch box complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L & T cat part No S90721 or equivalent in BCH / Siemens.

Supply and fix in repairs Timer Switch complete all as specified and as directed. Make: INDO ASIAN /L&T/Legrand(MDS)/Schnieder.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles as directed including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing the new moulded case circuit breakers in the existing feeder pillar box with new bolts and nuts including connecting the incoming and out going cables by using suitable cable glands and jumpers/cable with the bus bar. Taking down burnt out MCCB, and supply and fix new moulded case circuit breakers of following capacity in the existing feeder Pillar box with new bolts complete as specified and directed.

(a) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps 25 KA.

(b) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 25 KA

(c) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps 25 KA

S & F LT panel box out door type with MS sheet 2.5 mm thick of size 600X500X300MM with support angle thick 800mm long -02 nos of size 50X50X6mm with nuts bolts and washers and provide aluminium busbar 400mm long of size 40X5mm thick 4 nos with support insulators and high quality colour sleeves and 10mm dia holes for incoming and outgoing cable and locking arrangement the LT panel shall be CPRI approved make only.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Drive suitable for 40 watts post top lantern LED street lights complete all specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj/Wipro/CG/Crompton/Phillips.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Drive suitable for 45 watts LED street lights complete all specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj/Wipro/CG/Crompton/Phillips.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Drive suitable for 60 watts LED street lights complete all specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj/Wipro/CG/Crompton/Phillips.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Drive suitable for 72/90 watts LED street lights complete all specified and as directed. Make: Bajaj/Wipro/CG/Crompton/Phillips.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing solar street light complete and refix the solar street light in another location including T & P and provide PCC 1:3:6 with 20 mm aggrigate complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-chagre. Note:- Excavation,Return filling, Removal of soil, PCC foundation Etc complete deemed including quoted rate. The size of the PCC as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and fill Distill Water with acid for 12V and 75/110 AH Battery complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting the existing battery and transport to store for recharging with distilled water and combination of sulfuric acid and refixing the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair of battery of capacity 75 AH, 12 V suitable for solar light fittings after taking down the un serviceable battery including necessary fitting such as clamps, nut bolt and washer complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Exide/Amaron as approved by GE

Supply and fix in repair of LED luminary 12 W suitable for solar street light with inbuilt inverter luminary pressure diecast aluminium IP-66 enclosure provides excellent protection water,dust and humidity with high effiency MPPT controller and light management algorithms to ensure maximum uptime complete including taking down old luminary of any type complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Philips/Bajaj/Crompton as approved by GE

Material & Labour for cleaning of solar panel in solar street light by watering and cleaning with cloth complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair of Solar panel of capacity 75Wp with high quality poly cristalline silicon with efficiency complete including taking down old Solar panel of any type complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/Waaree Solar as approved by GE

Cutting and cleaning the bushes and unwanted plant growth inside E/M installations and depositing at a distance not less than 50 m from perimeter wall / fencing of installation / solar street light at various places of power house, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs Battery compartment box made up of MS sheet 2mm thick size of 580mm X 445mm X 255 mm with MS cover , locking arrangement and fixing accessories with inside weather proof coated and out side two coats of Aluminium paint including writing of pole number in black colour paint etc taking down un serviceable battery compartment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC insulated unsheathed cables of size 2.5sqmm 2 core multi-stranded Copper conductor wire from solar street light to battery as per existing including taking down of old complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC insulated unsheathed cables of size 1.5sqmm 4 core multi-stranded Copper conductor wire from solar street light to battery as per existing including taking down of old complete all as specified and as directed.
