Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, getting out in hard/dense soil etc., including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, leveling/grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed. Note- Any roots of tree met during excavation to be removed. No extra cost will be paid separately.

Excavation in trenches depth exceeding4.50 metre and not exceeding 6.00 m , ( hard/dense soil) getting out in hard/dense soil etc., including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, leveling/grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed. Note- Any roots of tree met during excavation to be removed. No extra cost will be paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description & in any position provided for coping/ bed in surface channel/ drain and compacting the demolished PCC for making sub base for manhole/ chambers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and demolition of existing drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and dismantling of reinforced cement concrete ( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old decayed / damaged brick work in cement mortar in any situation (foul condition) including removal and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris outside MOD Land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using debris 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation bed of manhole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels/benching of manhole, drain, laid to shape and slope and surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-caste cement concrete block masonary, type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) laid in cement mortar (1:4), masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces CM in (1:3) finished even and smooth using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in manholes cover slab, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chambers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, mud stop, bed plates, plinth courses etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specifed.

Material & Labour forTMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for concrete bed in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for concrete bed in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) type D2 as in sub- base of floor all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors and pavings etc, finishing with spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning of sewer lines by water pressure machine from Manhole to Manhole of any depth and dia of pipe including testing sewer line by pouring water complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Manhole Upto 2m depth, any size and any depth including taking out sludge, sewer water, any other materials etc and disposal of the same outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames,manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles exc 5kg each.

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for as specified dia of pipe 150mm.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exc 1.5 KM but n. Exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc.to a distance 5 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified
