Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of Roofs (other than ground floors), Parapet, RCC water tank of capacity 5000 ltrs and similar suspended work and removing to a distance n.exc 500m etc, complete all as specified.

Providing reinforcement cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) for Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like complete all as specified.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to lenth, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secring with clips completd all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to lenth, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secring with clips completd all as specified and directed.

S&F rough finished formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings, slab and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work, stone / boulder masonary, (parapet) built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub- class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete ceiling surfaces , facia etc to be finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete ceiling surfaces , facia etc to be finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint by using with fully automatic airless spray technology max pressure 3300 PSI with single spray gun on newly plastered / untreated wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly ceiling surfaces and apply three coats of white wash in ceiling complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of Mud/ Mud phuska in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leeping if any and cleaning the roof surfaces with wire brushes and removal of Mud/ Mud phuska to a distance exceeding 250M and n, exc 500M complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in roof kerb, mud stops and padding complete all as specified.

M&L, Priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roofs comprising of the following complete all as specified & as directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surface shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated including WPC (as per manufacturer instruction) (b) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of grade 85/25 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35).(c) Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. (d) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen grade 30/40 (Grade S-35) conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. Make: "Moply FP" manufactured by STP Texsa Ltd or Hyper Plas (Polyester) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or "Shaliplas"ter) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and Chemical Pvt Ltd or Makpolyplast manufactured by M/S M K Patro as approved by GE. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectivenss of water proofing treatment, 2.5% of work done amount of this item shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work, or inlieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said amount for 10 years which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

Supplying only integral water proofing compound in liquid form complete all as specified.

S&F for pre- cast PCC tiles machine pressed of size 25cm x 25cm x 20- 25mm thick, set on cement slurry @ 3 kg per sqm jointing and grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall including taking down old pvc pipe and all connection ie bends, tee equal or unequal complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC 110mm bore (SWR) bends, elbow including taking down complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified.

Taking up 75 mm bore cast iron pipe any size or pattern ( including all fittings), fixed to wall or floor with spigot and sockets ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing to a distance n.exc 500m etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for in repair 100mm bore of PVC pipe stack clamps made out of 50mm x 5mm thick flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends for stays to wall or roof complete all as specified.

S&F in repar grating square 150mm size of SS ( Minimum weight 100 gms) complete all as specified.

S&F 20mm dia gun metel globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. ( laid bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified.

M&L 18- 20 mm thick granite of any type work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms laid over cement screed bed or bedding 15mm thick laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges half round of granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations and including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified.

S&F fabricated aluminium window double shutters with powder coated aluminium farme of section 110mm x 38.10mmx 1.5mm thick shutter with section 47.62mmx 44.45mm x 1.50mm thick including aluminium anodized "D" handle, hinges, peg stays, tower bolts, etc including jointing cleats for fixing builders hardware fittings & stainless steel wire cloths, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples including necessary fitting/ fixture/ aluminium snap beads complete all as specified. S&F aluminium power coated grill 6x4.5 mm thick section 10cm centre to centre spacing complete with U-channel all round fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge.
