Construction of Watch Tower 1 and 2 at I.R.B. 9, Giridih in the district of Giridih

5.1.1 Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shurbs, all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

5.1.2 Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I.( vide classification of soil item B)

DSR 2.7.3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

5.1.7 Filling in foundaion trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.1.10 Providing coarse sand in filling in foundation in trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with lead and lift including cost of all materials, labour royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume )

5.3.1.4 Providing P.C.C.M 100 in normal mix of (1:3:6) in foundation with approved quality of stone metal grade III (50mm to 25mm size) clean coarse sand to F.M 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

5.3.2.1 Providing RCC M200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation and plinth approved quality of stone chips (20mm to 6mm size) graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.10 Providing R.C.C.M 200 with nominal mix (1:1.5: 3) in columns with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, ( but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

5.3.11 Providing RCC M-200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in beam,Lintel,Slab,Chajja,Stair of all types with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer, placing in position vibrating striking curing (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.17.1 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Foundation, footing, bases of column, etc. For mass concrete

5.3.17.6 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Column, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, posts and Struts

5.3.17.7 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Stairs, (excluding landing ) except spiral staircases

5.3.17.19 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Weather shade, Chajja, corbels etc. Including edges

5.3.17.20 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and acces platorm with water proof ply 12mm thick

5.3.17.21 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Lintel, beams. Plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with water proof ply 12mm thick

5.3.18 Exra for adddition Hight in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc. , including cost of deshuttering and at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1metre or part there of (plan area to be measured) Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (plan area to be measured)

5.2.3 Providing designation 75A brick work in C.M (1: 6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar, joints cost of screening materials raking out joints to 15mm depth , curring , taxes and royalty all complete as per builiding specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.5 Providing 50mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete M-200 with nominal mix of (1:1:5:3) with approved quality of stone chips of 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, and mixing cement concrete in mixer with 5% cico or any other approved water proffing compound and placing in position, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.2.11 Providing designation 75 A brick work in C.M. (1: 6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including, providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.2.52 Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in CM (1:6) in super structure with approved quality of Clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials raking our joints to 15 mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

5.7.3 Providing 12mm cement plaste (1:6) with cleancoarse sand of F.M 1.5 including screening curing withall leads and fifts of water scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

5.7.6 Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scafolding taxes and royalty all complete as per buildings specification and direction of E/I.

5.7.14 Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening curing with all leads and lifts of water scaffolding taxes and toyalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.5.4 Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia Rods as per approved design and drawing including carriage of Rods (straight or in coils) to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. 5.5.5 Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm -16mm dia Rods as per approved design and drawing including carriage of Rods (straight or in coils) to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. DSR 4.17 Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

5.6.7 Providing 25 mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layer 19mm thick (1:2:4) with 12 mm to 6mm size graded stone chips and top layer 6 mm thick (1:2:4) with 6mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

5.6.10 Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with floating coat of neat cement in skirting including rounding of junctions with foor, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.11 R.C.C. Work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, Slab plain window sills, staircase and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone - III ) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 nominal size)

5.3.17.1 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Foundation, footing, bases of column, etc. For mass concrete

5.5.12 Supplying, fitting & fixing M.S. GRILL made of 20 x 6 mm flat as per approved design and drawing properly fabricated with joints continuous fitted, welded and finished smooth, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I.

DSR 13.47.1 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives "Snowcryl - XT" of M/S Snowcem India Ltd, or equivalent of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10sqm. Over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint Snowcem Plus or equivalent applied @ 2.20 kg./10 sq.m. )

5.8.45 Providing 2 coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT of approved shade and make over STEEL SURFACE grills & railings including cleaning the surface thoroughly scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Carriage of materials by truck or by any mechanical means including loading, unloading and stacking etc. all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
