Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of OUTDOOR type step down transformer of capacity 1000 KVA, 11KV/433V, 3 phase, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil immersed double copper wound, AC , 3 phase 50 Hz capacity step down, outdoor copper wound type complete with first filling of IS : 335 ISI marked and dehydrated transformer oil with standard fittings , HT 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tapings on LT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 part-I of capacity 1000 KVA core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural, air natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and 7 position OFF circuit tap changer having tapping range at ±7.5% in steps of 2.5% each on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The temarature rise shall be 40°C in oil and 45°C in winding over ambient temperature. The transformer shall be IS 1180:2014 with amendment Serial Nos 1,2,3&4 markedmarked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper rods, nut and washers. (b) one cable box on LT side (secondary side ) consistingof 04nos of porcelain bushing with copper rod , complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception/taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armored cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (Silca gel)

(l) Oil level gauge (m) Oil drain filter valve (n) lifting legs (p) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete (q) Air release valve plug (r) Four plain solid cost steel detachable rollers (s) Extra bushing for neutral, outside LT cable box for proving independent earthing for neutral (t) First filling new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93(fourth version) marked (make -Savita/power oil) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dia-electric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing eletrode. (u) Buchhloz relay with alarm and trip contacts (v) Marshalling Box (w) One danger notice board having conventional danger sign of skull with bones duly painted with red colour (x) PCC platform of suitable size and depth for 1000KVA transformer with PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using20mm graded aggregate Note : Certificate of die electric strength shall be submitted by the contractor after filling the oil.
M & L for copper earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip of 20x3 mm by means of rivetting and brazing and protected by GI pipe light grade of 40mm dia up to the test point i.e. up to 7.5 mtr, including providing alternate layers of charcoal and common salt of 15cm depth all around the plate including PCC pit chamber, watering pipe of 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe up to the top of the plate having funnel complete and RCC cover, connecting to the test point and testing on ground complete and including excavation and earth work in any type of strata and cleaning of site all as specified in electrical Plate No. 03 of MES SSR Part-I and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The cost of main copper strip of size 20x3mm and GI pipe upto 7.5 mtrs shall deemed to include for the rate quoted
Supply install testing and commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type 05 Way RMU estensible IP 54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bars consisting of fixed type motorised vaccum circuit breaker for incomer - 01 No and out going -04 Nos along with air insulated metering module. all live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple interconnections and sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magneti / non ferrite /stainless steel tank grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to full fill the requirement as per IEC 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1 % per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. RMU should complte with all accessoris such as terminal boots, VPIS cable supports all fron cable termination, mechanical indications, ON/OFF , Manometer as per IEC standards 62271-200,60056,60129,60265,60298, 60420,60529 and 60694. Altitude of installatio upto 1000m as per IEC 60120 bushing bolted type as per OEM design. The unit rate quoted shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings required at site . RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21 KA for 1 sec for tank holding the HV components and cable box and paint shade and thickness should be as per IS 632,
