External Electrific Supply:- Supply, installation commissioning and testing of 315 KVA transformer, step-down 11/0.433 KVA, outdoor type, powder coated, copper wound,3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles per second, oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary (HT Side) and star connected on secondary (LT Side) having tapping +0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%,10% to be changed by means of hand including first filling of oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV, all standard operating complete with standard fittings and accessories such as breather unit , drain out valve, roller, conservator oil tank of suitable capacity with level indicator, exhaust vent, temperature gauge, pressure gauge etc and mounting complete all as specified in IS 1180 4 star rating.

Supply, installation commissioning and testing of Voltage stabilizer outdoor type for automatic operation, three phase for unbalanced load naturally oil cooled, outdoor type & designed for input variation between 210V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 300 KVA, Complete all as Specified. Note:- Stabilizer shall be copper wounded.

M&L for Construction of platform suitable for 315 KVA Transformer /Voltage stabilizer of size 2.5m x 2.5m x 0.6m (Plateform shall be made out of brick masonary one feet below ground level and one feet above ground level hollow space and to filled by PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 over well rammed earth, watered with 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 as in floor of platform, plastering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers and screws, type 410-SP 55 (11 m long) including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint of exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black/ white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height above coping, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of work).

M&L for laying, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed) of cross sectional area 120 sq mm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting in truely vertical steel tubular swaged pole, 9 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-31 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint of exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black/ white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height above coping, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of work).

Dismantling of ACSR conductor any type & size from pole including dis-connecting all existing incoming and out going connections etc all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of insulator any type, any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. From any type of poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel/PCC pole any type, any size embedded in PCC foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement aerial bunched cable 11 KV grade stranded and compact alluminium phase conductor of size 3 x 95 Sqmm +1x70 Sqmm (bare messenger) with aluminium alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound copper, as per IS-14225-1995 including all fitings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp inline connector, service clamp, insulation piercing connectors, for taps from bare lines etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :Havells/Polycab/KEI or equivalent as specified in list of make.

Supply and fix in replacement LT over head lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated AB Cable 3 core 70 Sqmm +1 core 50 sqmm (massenger) including fitings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp inline connector, service clamp, insulation piercing connector, dead end, jointing kits, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :Havells/Polycab/KEI or equivalent as specified in list of make.

M&L in replacement Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core AB cables of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core AB cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding with insulator, ACSR conductor on HT / LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed with and including painting with one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 11000 volts grade of HT lines, 150 mm dia & 150mm height including galvanized mild steel straps of 38 x 5 mm size, 20 mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified.
