Cutting holes up to 30x30 cm in walls including making good the same: and repairing the hole after insertion of angle post, pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete as dirceted.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Supplying and welding at site Angle iron post & strut in Y-shape or as directed by Enginner_in_charge of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite irection for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.

Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately).

Welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and of standard design placed and embedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x 60 cm of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrete blocks 70x45x50 cm of the same mix, provided with welded steel wire fabric fixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or tied to 6 mm bar nibs with G.I. binding wire (cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, earth work in excavation and concrete to be paid for separately).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish over the existing lamination sheet by removing the old one or making the rough surface for the application of new sheet (as per site requirement & as directed) with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 1.5 mm thick (The rate shall includes the cost of old sheet removal or making rough surface, replacement of lipping with PVC lipping, if required, removing & refixing of shutters, if required. Complete in all respect to the full satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Making arrangement in the existing top hung window/ventilator shutters by converting into side hung shutters i/c the extra planks of Kiln seasoned sal wood 35 mm thick required for making double leaf or single leaf shutters and refixing the same with ss butt hinges, screws, nails etc. the rates shall includes the cost of all as above including wood works, ss butt hinges, beading, screws, adhesive etc Complete in all respect to the full satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick :Float glass panes 4 mm thick glass pane (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing broken glass on the surface of cement concrete coping at boundary wall of wide 35cm, the spacing of glass will be 50 mm and vertical projection 100mm approximately on each side complete item as per directed by engineer in charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
