To qualify for the award of this contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22,2022-23 , 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of 1 Excavation/Embankment/Subgrade 1748.52 Cum 2 Concrete 441.37 Cum 3 Steel 22.40 Tonne

3.2 b To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least 50 percent of the Contract Value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Concrete Work of value not less than Rs 37.97 lakhs

The tenderer should be a PWD Registered class III & above Contractor

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Achieved in at least Two Financial years a average annual financial turnover Rs. 75.93 Lakhs -Turnover certificate without UDIN number is Treated Non Responsive

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 22.78 Lakhs credit lines or letter of credit or certificates bid document. If not attached then the tender will not be accepted.

The EMD of Rs. 1,52,000.00 shall be paid in full through e-payment or in two parts i.e,Part (1)Rs. 50,000.00 by e-payment part (2) 1,02,000.00 in the form of BG to be upload.

Qualification and experience of the key Technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if awarded

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

3.3 a Each Tenderer should further demonstrate a As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments machinery for execution of the work .
