SCHEDULE 'A' PART -I (PAINTING RUNWAY)

M&L for Preparing bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes,arrows, letter etc, on roads, pavements and like exceeding 10 cm wide with water based road mark paint white or golden yellow colour all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking paint (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour etc. either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminous surface by using thermoplastic material "Brand :- Road king or equivalent brand approved Morth, IRTC including supply of paint material at the rate of 5Kg/Sqm & glass beads at the ratio 0.30 Kg/sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) by using semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foregin material etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification. Note:- Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions alongwith MORTH Technology and speciality complete.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as secified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall exc 10 cm girth or width by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as secified and directed.

Cleaning of covered drains incl removal of silt, grass etc including depositing the same to distance n.exc 50 mtr along the runway. Note: The actual depth of silt deposited in the drain only be considered for measurement.

Spraying of weedicides uniformly by mechanical sprayer, comprising of 1.00 ltrs of Glyphosate and 1.0 kg of NPK urea dissolved in 20 ltrs of water complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART -II (DRAINAGE AROUND RUNWAY)

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beeding (but not backing) removing serviceable to store and rubbish of premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring laid in panels, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm with grey cement and pigment, hydraulically machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with coloured pigment to match colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slab and set in CM 1 : 4 including necessary form work complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete as in internal wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using a extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought to coursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 including through stone/bonders complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to random rubble masonary, uncoursed or brought upto course walling in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs DTGM board made of 2 mm thick PVC sheet, one side black colour and other side plain white fixed in position complete all as speciifed and as directed.

S&F in repairs DTGM board made of 2 mm thick PVC sheet, one side black colour and other side plain white side and numbered in red colour with reflective stickers and fixed in position by necessary supports omplete all as speciifed and as directed.

M&L for forming construction (Dummy) Joint 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and as directed.
