Construction of main canal lining from Rd.1205m to 2795m of Bayaniguda MIP in Danagadi Block under MIPSP grant for the year 2025-26

Clearing grass, grabbing light jungles including uprooting small stumps of bushes and removal of rubbish up to a distance 50.00M out of site the periphery of the area including all labours, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including Stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc inters read with boulders upto1/2 cum size wih all lifts and delifts including trimming of slope and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 3 km from the place of excavation complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge. ( Measurement wiil be taken on finished level section).

Earth work in excavation in foundation hard soil with all leads, liftsincluding dressing and leveling the bed for proper slope snd level making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads, Lifts and delifts including de-watering from foundation if necessary including supply of all labour T & P materials complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with coarse sand of approved quality to all depth and with all leads and lift including watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royality ad other taxes of all materials with making arrangement for carriage of water etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for laying fixing fitting 150mm diaRCC hume pipe NP3 with cement concrete (1:3) incluiding cost conceyance royalty & taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type soil in approved borrow area by mecanical means loading in to and transportation by mecanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make ready for watering and completion with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding construction, maintenance watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
