Providing and fixing road side delinators of height 1200mm made of MS tube size 125x25x3mm of 1.6 SWG of height 900mm & balance 300mm of MS anglw 25x25x3mm having 2 nos. micro prismatic panels of sixe 4"x12" complete delinator processed by heat treatment process to make it resistant to all weather effect complete in all respects.

Provision of bearings (Neoprene Bearings) 18x36x30x9.6

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base(WBM Grading -Ill) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) Packed on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-10, transported to site upto a lead of laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using penetration grade bitumen (VG-30) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, transported to site, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type 'B as per Technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat using bitumen VG-10 for sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Type 'B' as per technical specification clause 510.
