Enclave t/w-1 Supply of submersible pump set fitted with dynamically balanced SS impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft with protection sleeve having stage bowl & closed grained shorted type impeller, the pump will be directly coupled to required wet type induction motor of 5 HP, Speed 2900 RPM 25 stage suitable for operation of 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, AC supply with efficiency 70% at following duty point: Discharge in LPM-130 Head in mtr.-94 Having discharge outlet 40 mm and outside dia 142 mm. Make: BS/CG./KSB/SU/SKOPE/any DJB approved make.

Supply of PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor flat cable size 3 core X 4sq mm,1100 volts, confirming to IS 694(each roll 100mtr long). Make: Finolex / Havells.

S/O full threaded nut & bolts of bolt size-1/2” x 1.5” good quality.

Supply of rubber packing for 50 mm dia flange.

Supply of Double flange GI Column pipe 50 mm dia medium class each of 3 mtrs long duly threaded on both ends, welded fitted with GI flange on both ends and welded support L-type MS bracket in both flange with slot of submersible cable.

Dismantling lifting & lifting of sub. p/set along with allied accessories from t/wells dismantling of column pipe y opening/cutting of nut & bolts as required at site, opening, re-jointing of cables, testing & commissioning of t/wells after lowering as per site requirement. The work including all arrangement of men & tools tackles such as tripod, chain pulley block, pipe wrench etc.
