ROOFING & WATER PROOFING WORK

Roof/Terrace Water proofing:

Water proofrng for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water prooflng treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory a designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush, roller or spray waterproofi ng coating as per manufacturer specification-With following steps :-

(a)surface preparation :-Provrding and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage, leakage. On identification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd.

Providing and reparing of all corners and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with '150mm X '150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.

(b)1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller. The permissible temperature-rise shall not exceed 40 dg.C for oil and 45 dg. C for winding up to 200 KVA and 45 dg.C for oil and 50 dg. C for winding for above 200 KVA. Inside of tank shall be painted with varnish or liquid resistant paint. For external surfaces one coat of thermo setting powder paint or one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of polyurethane base paint shall be used. IS: 1180 (Part 3) shall be referred for paint thickness for normal to medium corrosive atmosphere. For highly polluted atmosphere and special application external paint work shall be as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Design ambient condition :

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Air Cooled Invertor Split type Ducted Air conditioners suitable for R410A or eco-friendly refrigerant with evaporating unit comprising of cooling coil, blower with motor in Metallic (Steel) casing and condensing unit comprising hermetically sealed scroll compressor, condenser coil, and propeller fan. Unit shall be complete with controls, interconnecting copper refrigerant piping with insulation, Expension kit to connect with DX AHU, and electrical cabling etc. between evaporative and condensing unit, refrigerant gas and oil and complete as per specifications. The unit shall be suitable for operating on 240 volt, 1 phase, 50 Hz AC supply with five star energy rating. The units shall be suitable for chorded remote operation. The refrigerant piping & cabling shall run in PVC sleeve Steel supporting structure for outdoor units suitable for wall mounting / floor mounting.

Providing, fixing and testing of copper refrigerant piping of appropriate sizes duly insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thickness . The pipes plus nitrile rubber insulation and cable are to be covered with PVC flexible conduits for protection.

Nitrogen pressure testing for refrigerant pipe leakages & flushing during installation & after commissioning between IDU & ODU with flare nuts. Refrigerant gas & oil charging as per OEM standard.
