(B/R PORTION ) Surface excavation hard and dense soil n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cmde ep and getting out all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and smooth using without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre-polished chequred cement concrete tile (Colured) 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly ash bricks' old size brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with use water proofing compound, surface finished even and smooth complete. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring benching to drain, coping, etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
