Erection of 11 mtr double/section pole including fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like channel, angle, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator etc. ( all required material will be arranged by the contractor as per RESSPO and Electrical Safety rule, only 11 mtr S.T. Pole provided by Deptt.)

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm Dia and 2.5 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. All Material i.e MS earthing Rod, Clamp, G.I. wire etc provided by Contractor.

Painting of ST Pole and its Channel & Clamps (double coat red oxide and double coat Alluminium paints. Painting materials provided by Contractor.)

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (All require materials {Stay rod 16X1800mm, Stay wire 5 KG„ Stay clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut )will be arranged by the Contractor}

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, Plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the Plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of Plinth should be done properly .(as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor.

Hanging/ laying of 11 KV 3x70 sq mm XLPE cable

Laying of 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 600 mm wide including supply of required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable (in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between 0.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV,3X185 sq mm cable)

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in Pucca Trench. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms . (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.)

Drilling in all horizontally to cross the road, 900 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' Dia HDPE Pipe . HDPE pipe and Fixing clamp will be provided by Contractor.

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable by machine drill method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 11 KV Cable provided by Contractor)

Laying of cable by manual/machine drill method with the help of HDPE in all horizontally under the road, minimum1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' Dia HDPE Pipe including cartage. (HDPE pipe will be provided by contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 6” Dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV,3X185 sq mm cable)

Fixing of following 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable. (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Erection, grouting, Plinthing & earthing of substation type double pole structure for 250 KVA T/F at 11m long STP with mounting of all accessories like 11 Kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel, Dropper Channel , Sub Station Base, Bracing angle Channels, nuts & Bolt with clamps etc. (All required material for double pole structure & all grouting material except S.T. Pole provided by contractor) as per RESSPO norms.

Mounting of 10KVA T/F on single pole along with HT/LT connection with support of D.D. wire 70 sq mm, Lugs, T/F holding clamps Clamp Suitable for 10 KVA T/F, nut and bolts etc. (All materials will be provided by the Contractor to Complete the work in all respect except T/F.)

Earthing of transformer body and neutral separately by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” Dia 40’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the Contractor)

Construction of 1x1 sq mtr. cable trench with water drainage system as per Attached Anx. And details) All Material i.e. stone , sand, cements etc provided by contractor.

Laying, Testing & commissioning of LT XLPE cable 3.5cx240 sq mm size LT XLPE insulated cable underground in HDPE pipe. 160 mm HDPE pipe provided by contractor.

Supply , installation, testing & commissioning of outdoor type feeder pillar Pannel to be made of 2mm CRCA sheet and covers will be 1.6 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated paint with 300amps a Al. busbar.(Type-B 1) Incoming - 250 Amp. TP MCCB 1 No Outgoing -63 Amp TP MCCB 6 No. installation of LT distribution Boards for underground system (Type A,B & C) with foundation . All Material proved by contractor as per sample.

Outdoor type feeder pillar panel to be made of 2mm CRCA sheet and covers will be 1.6 mm sheet duty powder coated paint with 300 amps Al. busbar. (Type-B3) Incoming- 100 Amp. TP MCCB-1 No Outgoing- 63 Amp. - 4 Nos. Installation of LT Distribution boards for LT underground system (Type -A,B,&C) All material provided by contractor as per sample.

Supply, installation , testing & commissioning of Lockable distribution boxes of size 450X400mm with bus bar 100 Amp. TPN to feed upto 10 houses (Type C) installation of LT Distribution Boards for LT undergrounding system (Type A,B & C) with foundation . All require Material as per sample provided by contractor

Supply & laying of XLPE LT service armored cable for single phase 2x4/2x6 sq mm in PVC pipe 32 mm Dia. All Material proved by contractor

Earthing of LT Panel substation (outdoor type) body by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” Dia 40’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the Contractor)

Supply & laying of XLPE LT service armored cable for 4x10/4x16/25 sq mm in PVC pipe 50 mm dia. All Material proved by contractor

Installation of Energy meter 1Px 2W with box for single phase consumer meter box provided by consumer

Installation of Energy meter 3Px 4W with box for Three phase consumer meter box provided by consumer

Dismantling of 33kv, 11 KV & LT over head line and carriage of material from work site/dump store to Naini store.

Installation of route marker along with 33KV/11KV underground line at each 100 mtr distance (with imposed on details of line). All material will be supplied by the contractor.

Dismantling of all the HT/LT connections & earthing of old 11/.4 KV 10 KVA transformer along with LT cubical box, cable GO set & DO set, old T/F plinth, Fencing, T/F etc. safe loading carriage and unloading of dismantled item from site of work to center store and safe loading of T/F from old place to centre store

Installation of Sign board at site after completion of work Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand writing material. (All required material with grouting will be provided by the contractor). Sign board will be provided by contractor as per sample provided by department.

Photo and Videography of before and after of the work will be provided by the contractor in soft & hard coloured copy (size 8x10" album) and soft copy of video in minimum 1080 p quality in pen drive in 3 set .
