All the required works, materials, arrangements, tools & tackles, workmanship, safety equipment’s helmet, safety goggles, safety belt and all required safety equipment as per NHRC\NGT\ DPCC etc. guidelines and as per site requirement, remodeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect as per requirement satisfactorily engineer in charge.
Providing of M.S. angle iron 65x65x8 mm approx. 80 meterfor jall cover with M.S.bar of size 20 Sq. mm for vertical welded and distance of 50 mm with same angle iron frame with heavy hinges and locking arrangements.( 8 feet x 6 feet)
Fabrication the M.S. jall as above size & as per site requirement with all tool & tackles as per requirement at site
Making and supply of valve opening key made out M.S. pipe size 40 MM. heavy duty with bottom side C.I. casting key for valve as per size and total length 12 feet and top side handle with C.I round bar as per sample.
Fixing charges for above material at site with own arrangement of gas cutter, welding machine. electricity, safety equipment and civil works etc.
Dismantling of the old rusted & corroded M.S railing at return sludge pump house by the gas cutter and required tool & tackles
Providing of M.S. Pipe 40 mm Bclass approx. 120 meter. Make : Jindal & Tata
Providing the vertical M.S post in a length of one meter, made out from M.S Angle Iron of sizes 75 x 75 x 10 mm duly welded with M.S. plate of sizes 100 x 130 x 10 mm in one side i/c making hole for fixing the fasteners.

Cutting of hole in the vertical post with the help of Gas cutter/ Grinding machine suitable for passing through the above Horizontal M.S. pipe of Railing.
Fixing of 120 mtrs. Horizontal pipe of railing in the Vertical post with proper leveling & thermal welding of the same.
Providing the metal primer red oxide (in 20 Ltrs. Packing).
Providing the synthetic enamel paint yellow & black (in 20 Ltrs. Packing. Make: - Asian/ Nerolec/Berger.
Painting the complete safety railing with one coat of epoxy primer and two coat of enameled paint.
