Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on brick or concrete surfaces in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% or as per manufacturer instruction by weight of cement in top 5mm thick finishing the surfaces with even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note : WPC measured separately.

Material and labour lean concrete (1:7:12) type F-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coved fillet at junction of roof & parapet wall and other vertical surfaces 75mm radius and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73 @ 0.70 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed complete all as specified.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on internal fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion @ 2% or as per recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

Material and labour 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.
