Replacing the contaminated ballast around the transformers and replacing the damaged fencing by providing barbed wire fencing in ESP control rooms I, II, III, DM Plant of NCTPS-I.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc.,

Providing and placing 1:4:8 using 12 to 20mm HBG metal including shuttering charges, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., complete

Fabrication of RCC 1:1 ½:3 mix precast fence post of various sizes using 12 20 mm HBG metal including charges for marking the mould by using silver oak scantling and assembling the mould for slab casting and removing the mould carefully after settling the concrete and reassembling the mould for repeating the process, then stacking the slab for curing, after curing transporting the slab from curing place to work spot and placing in correct position including cost of all materials, steel reinforcement, shuttering, curing all labour, lead, lift ect., complete. Refilling with new 40mm HBG metal in the pit below transformer plinth including cost of all materials, labour charges for removing and filling clearing away from the site, lead, lift, etc., complete. (for FOPH) a.Removal of metal

Supplying, fixing and toeing the barbed wire fencing with best quality of binding wire horizontally 8 rows and 30cm c/c on vertically including cost of all materials lead lift etc., complete.

Supplying and erection of M.S grill gate (two leaves) of size 2.00mx1.60m in complete shape using M.S angles, M.S flats etc., rate inclusive of cost of all materials, fabrication, fixing in position locking and rotating arrangements with lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Colour washing two coats with best quality of exterior emulsion paint of approved mak and colour over one coat of white cement primer for exterior walls including cost for scrapping of old surface, all materials, leads, lift, labour, scaffolding T&P etc., complete.

Painting iron work with two coats of approved enamel paint, complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer at the site.
