Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to beused or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness. By Mechanical Means In area of non-thorny jungle

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a), (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) from Private Land

By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density (with an initial lead of 5.0 km.)
