Manning & Operation of water supply installation of Gomantak pump hosue in 03 (three) shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays by One skilled operator (timings 0800 to 1600 hrs,1600 to 2400 hrs, 2400 to 0800 hrs).The installation comprises of following equipments:- (i) Monoblock electric driven 3 phase 415 Volts pump set 10 HP - 04 Nos (ii) Centrifugal Electric driven 3 phase 415 volts pump set 20 HP - 02 Nos (iii) Openwell submersible pumpset 10 HP -02 Nos (iv) Openwell submersible pumpset 05 HP -02 Nos. (v) DG Set 02 Nos (for pump house) including operation of valves located at different locations in Gomantak Pump House & Gomantak Area.

All as per item No 1 here in before, but for Pump House at 2W Det for (03) three shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays by One skilled operator (timings 0800 to 1600 hrs,1600 to 2400 hrs, 2400 to 0800 hrs).The installation comprises of following :- (i) Centrifugal pump set 10HP- 02 Nos (ii) Centrifugal pump set 7.5HP-02 Nos including valves at different locations of 2 W det area.

All as per item No 1 here in before, but for Pump House at NAD Goa for (01) One shift of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays by One skilled operator (timings 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs ). The installation comprises of following :- (i) Centrifugal pump set 7.5HP-02 Nos including valves at different locations o f NAD area.

All as per item No 1 here in before,but Pump House at MO Goa for (01) One shift of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays by One skilled operator (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs ). The installation comprises of following :- (i) Centrifugal pump set 10 HP-02 Nos including valves at different locations of MO Goa area.

All as per item No 1 here in before, but for Pump House at INHS Jeevanti for (02) two shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays by One skilled operator (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) The installation comprises of following :- (i) Centrifugal pump set 7.5HP-02 Nos including valves at different locations of Jeevanti area.

All as per item No 1 here in before, but for Pump House at NOFRA I & II (MAP) for (02) two shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays by One skilled operator (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) The installation comprises of following :- (i) Centrifugal pump set 10 HP-02 Nos including valves at different locations of NOFRA -I (MAP) area. (ii) Centrifugal pump set 20 HP-02 Nos including valves at different locations of NOFRA -II (MAP) area.

Outsourcing for Manning & Operation at GOMANTAK STP services for (02) two shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) of Sewage treatment/recycling plant based of fluid media reactor (FMR) of capacity 75 cum/day including operation of sewage treatment plant with accessories-02 Nos Air blower for FMR equalizer -02 Nos, chemical dosing pump-01 No. Filter feed pump-02 Nos sand filter-01 No. Sludge pump-02 Nos. (Each shift to be operated by 01 FGM). Notes :- (a)M&O includes for the following items equalizer tank, sand filter, carbon filter, sullage drying bed, sodium hypochlorite plant. treated water pumping. Operation of Sewage pumps in collection sumps-03 Nos Treated water distribution pumps near fire station all as specified & directed. (b) Chemicals if any shall be supplied by department. (c) Every day trial run is to be conducted for 10 minute for serviceability of equipment/machinery including connected item.

Notes for Item No 1 to 6:- (a) The operator is responsible for operate the Gen set of Pump house during interruption of current and daily maintenance of DG set. (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any petty/minor repairs to pump, electric driven motor, DG set and connected valves, supply and replacement of bolts, nuts, washers, gland packing, battery maintenance etc removing and refixing of suction pipes are required for smooth running of Pump house without any extra cost. (c) Log sheet shall be maintained properly. (d) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for maintenance of Pump & motor including DG set for oiling/greasing/lubricants and maintenance of connected valve and NRV replacing nuts and bolts, leather gasket, gland rope etc. (e) The operator is responsible for operate the Gen set of Pump House system installation during interruption of current. (f) The Contractor will be responsible for safe custody of Pump House system installation and hand over the Pump House system installation to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period. (g) The contractor has to provide proper uniform with shoes to the operator without any extra cast to the department. (h) Every day trial run is to be conducted for 10 minute for serviceability of equipment/machinery including connected item.

(j) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (k) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date. (l) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’) of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account (m) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (n) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more.

(o) It is responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (p) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.
