Earth/ sand filling Long Text: Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties andtaxes as may be necessary. With river sand or silt by truckcarriage including loading and unloading.

Jungle clearance Long Text: Jungle clearance including uprooting of vegetation, grass,brush-wood, sapling and trees not exceeding 300mm girth and disposal of the same outside the periphery and lift upto 1500mm

Supply and laying of gravel Long Text: Supply and laying of gravel (53 mm to 22.5 mm) at site in uniform layer up to a thickness as per drawing/technicalspecifications

RCC Works Long Text: Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm downgraded stone aggregateincluding dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement work M20 grade concrete or Prop. 1:1.5:3

Reinforcement works Long Text: Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement barsconforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying andbinding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc.

Brick work Long Text: Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (In proportion 1:4)
