FMC for Internal and External Electrical installations

FMC for all Internal and External Electrical installations at AAI (IAD) Residential Colony i/c Community hall& school ; Ancillary buildings i/c Admin Office; Intake / Central Substations; Dog Kennels; All Power Houses; WTP; STP; CCR Hall; CISF Barracks at Pazhavanthangal; Fire Stations; MT Sections (Old & New), Ceremonial Lounge and All Pump Houses etc., to ensure satisfactory serviceabilty through providing repair/maintenance services for all Internal & External Electrical installations involving repairs and maintenance of connected LT feeders to the buildings switch rooms etc, repair/replacement of circuit wiring, switches, lamps, chokes, fixtures etc (Required replacement of materials shall be issued by AAI free of cost) i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease, etc., & other sundry material required for cleaning at site etc. as required, including ensuring 100 % serviceability of External and Internal Electrical installations, preventive maintenance,routine maintenance; breakdown maintenance; etc., i/c maintenance of records / data entries and documentaton including effective supervision etc ,on all days for including Sundays and holidays.

Painting, Repainting, Rewinding & Miscelleneous

Re-painting of L.T. panels, chequered plate, electrical installations etc. with approved quality enamel paint of required colour in two coats with spray gun i/c scrapping & cleaning the surface complete as per site requirement and direction of E-I-C.

Rewinding of following fans as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and `E' class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangment for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). (The dismantled material will be retain by the contractor).

Lettering with one coat of approved shade of synthetic enamel paint in following size s on different places in English or Tamil etc. as reqd.

Re-painting of cable tray of all sizes (upto 600 mm wide) i/c supports etc. with good quality of Al. paint in one or more coats including scraping, cleaning etc. of outer surface only complete as per site condition and direction of EIC.

Rates for extra mandays for providing services as and when required basis

Dismantling of existing LT Cubical panel i/c electrical wiring, cables, switch gears, measuring instrument etc. , as required at site and transporting to AAI stores.

Providing Labour and Hire Charges for deploying Excavater (JCB) i/c Operator for tracing the cable faults, excavation and refilling of Cable trench after work etc., as required.

Providing Labour and Hire Charges for deploying Gas Cutting MACHINE i/c Cutter, Gases in Cylinder etc., for cutting of Chequered Plates, MS Angles as required.

Providing labour and hire charges for deploying Crane (upto 10 Ton) i/c operator for lifting/ Shifting of Equipments/ Cable Drums, etc., as required.

Locating the Cable fault on LT feeder cables laid directly in ground/ duct/ pipe including providing Cable Fault Tracer (Rental) etc., as required.

LT CABLES [ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY]

Cleaning of cable trenches by lifting the cables, supporting the cables, removing waste materials I/c malba, debris etc., and transporting and dumping the same to waste dumping yard etc. as required.

Cleaning of bus ducts I/c removing of covers, checking of bus bars, bus supports, tightening of busses and supports and re-fixing of covers, testing, commissioning etc., as required.

Retrievel of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1KV grade of size upto 120 Sqmm from the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ GI PIPES/ Duct/ TRAY/ TERRACE etc., as required.

Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rate (E&M) 2018 as and when required for a fixed amount for 1 st year and 2 nd year as mentioned below. (Note: Rate shall be quoted for 1 st year and 2 nd year in the Indian Rupees only for a fixed amount of Rs.10,00,000/- as clarified below and as per techo-commerical specification P.No TCS -16 of tender document.

For 1st year - For a fixed amount of Rs.10,00,000/- on CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rate (E&M) 2018 For Example: If desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.Rs.10,50,000/- If desired to quote 5% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.9,50,000/-
