[B] Execution of Work

The following works are to be carried out including cost of transportation, arrangement of skilled/semiskilled/unskilled man power misc. consumables, T&P etc. (only various type tower parts of different section, nuts & Bolts with suitable washers for conductor, conductor accessories, earthwire, earthwire accessories, OPGW, OPGW accessories and hardware fittings shall be provided by department free of cost at departmental store)

Mobilization of gangs for entire execution of works (01 job for each gang, 15 nos. working manpower on an average must be available in each gang)

Coping and Muffing of following Foundations including cost of transportation, men, materials, misc. consumables, T&P etc :

(a) A+0, A+3, A+6, A+9

(b) B+0, B+3, B+6, B+9

(c ) C+0, C+3, C+6, C+9

(d) D+0, D+3, D+6, D+9

Foundation Back Filling & Levelling of Foundations with all cost of earth.

Checking of following Towers and fixing & tightening of Tower accessories, missing/ hanging/ loose/stolen/shortage tower parts and nuts & bolts including their transportation, fabrication from available tower pieces (OFF size), cutting, drilling etc. and punching of nuts & bolts and its tack welding if required then application of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the affected surfaces also checking of earthing of towers and earthing properly whereever required including supply of all materials and other associated works and recording final clearance of various earlier erected towers before charging of line :

(a) A+0, A+3, A+6, A+9

(b) B+0, B+3, B+6, B+9

(c ) C+0, C+3, C+6, C+9

(d) D+0, D+3, D+6, D+9

Tack welding of unwelded Bolts - Nuts of Tower parts & then application of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the affected surfaces.

Checking of Stringing of Conductors and their rectification including transportation of materials, fixing of hardware fittings, Conductor accessories, rectification of broken insulators & jumpers, jumper tightening, sag correction, if required and other associated works and recording final clearance of earlier stringing before charging of line.

Checking of Stringing of Earth Wire and their rectification including replacement of damaged/rusted earthwire whereever found, fixing of earth wire accessories, sag correction, if required and other associated works and recording final clearance of earlier stringing before charging of line.

Checking of Stringing of OPGW and their rectification including destringing of damaged/defective OPGW and stringing of fresh OPGW, fixing of OPGW accessories, jointing, sag correction, if required and other associated works and recording final clearance of earlier stringing before charging of line.

[c] Diamond Crossing of Earth Wire & OPGW between Tower No. 459/0 to 460/0 of 400KV Sasaram - Allahabad & Varanasi-Allahabad Line on DC Towers by 765KV Anpara 'D'- Jhunsi SC Line between Tower No. 221/0 to 222/0 :

Destringing of Existing OPGW between Tower No. 459/0 to 461/0 of 400KV Sasaram-Allahabad & Varanasi-Allahabad Line on DC Towers and their transportation to UPPTCL store,

Destringing of Existing Earth wire between Tower No. 459/0 to 460/0 of 400KV Sasaram-Allahabad & Varanasi-Allahabad Line on DC Towers

Stringing of OPGW between Tower No. 459/0 to 461/0 of 400KV Sasaram-Allahabad & Varanasi-Allahabad Line on DC Towers through 765KV Anpara D - Jhunsi SC T Line Tower No. 221/0

Stringing of Earth wire between Tower No. 459/0 to 460/0 of 400KV Sasaram-Allahabad & Varanasi-Allahabad Line on DC Towers through 765KV Anpara D - Jhunsi SC Line Tower No. 222/0

Peak Modification at Tower No. 459/0 and 460/0 of 400KV Sasaram-Allahabad & Varanasi-Allahabad Line on DC Towers for diamond crossing of Earth Wire & OPGW including transportation, fabrication, cutting, drilling etc. and other associated works (01 Job per peak)

Providing & Fixing of Extra Peak Plate (Mark No. 24H) at Tower No. 221/0 and 222/0 of 765KV Anpara D - Jhunsi Line, also includes cost of 765KV SC Delta D type tower Peak Plate.
