Supply, fabricating and fixing powder coated aluminium partition wall, using Aluminium section 63.50 x 38.10 x 2 mm thick, panel size not exc 1.00M x1.00M, including 5mm thick plain/frosted, tinted glass on top half portion and 12mm thick pre-laminated sheet fixed in bottom half portion complete and including all accessories, glazing clip and rubber etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricating and fixing aluminium powder coated frame and windows of extruded aluminium section, two track with two sliding shutters with following sections : (a) Frame section shall be 63.50 mmx38.10 mmx2 mm thick. (b) Two track bottom rail for sliding of shutters 61.85mm x 31.75mmx2mm thick. (c) Two track top section shall be 61.85mmx31.75mmx2mm thick(d) for sliding shutter handle & 'H' bottom section shall be 40mmx(18mm+9)mmx1.45mm thick (e) sliding shutter shall be provided with 5.5mm thick sheet glass, tinted, plain/ frosted (f) stainless steel wire clothes 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair powder coated Aluminium grill, 8 to 10mm thick, fixed with separate channel to window/ventilator etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make- DECO grill Cat No. DG-104 or equivalent model of Make mentioned in PS.

Supply, fabricating and fixing aluminium powder coated door frame with partially glazed and partially panel shutters, single/ double leaf, divided into two panels (with 5.5 mm thick Glass in Top panel and 12 mm thick both side prelaminated particle board in bottom panel) including aluminium anodised snap beading and rubber gasket/lining for fixing of glass as directed. The frame shall be fixed with aluminium anodised bolt by drilling in the existing wall and with thrust bolt of suitable size all as directed. The frame and shutter shall be made out of the following section and fitting:- (a) Aluminium anodised door frame 101.60 mm x 44.75 mmx2mm fixed with aluminium thrust bolt in walls by drilling as directed. (b) Aluminium anodised sides rail of shutter section 83.5mmx 44.5mm x 2mm. (c) Aluminium anodised bottom rail of shutter section 150mm x 44.5 mm x2mm. (d) Aluminium anodised top and middle rail of shutter section 100mm x 44.5 mm x 2mm. (e) Aluminium anodised tower bolt 200 mm long - 02 Nos in each leaf. (f) Aluminium anodised handle 250 mm long - 02. No’s in each leaf. (h) Glass Pane shall be 5.5 mm thick tinted glass in top panel. (j) 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, both side laminated, exterior grade in bottom panel. (k) 100mm, 6 level, Brass mortice lock. S&F solid PVC door frame of size, 50x47mm, made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with MS square tube fixed with screw/plugs to brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beading (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall surface by scrapping by electrically operated grinder machine/electric regmal machine and applying 2mm thick wall care putty then scrubbing with sand paper to prepare a even surface and applying priming paint followed by two coats of Oil bound distemper of any tint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 12mm thick medium density fire retardant mineral fibre ceiling board of any size and fixed in ceiling of frame GI powder coated main runner (T) 25x32mmx1.5mm, cross runner(T) and wall angle 25x25mmx1.5mm and suspended 3 mm dia with adjustment any height including necessary accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing the old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth by removing all dirt, dust, rust and grease, stopping and filling the holes and patches and priming the requisite surface with red oxide/Zinc chrome primer incl. applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on patches and then applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: rate included for painting at any height and scaffolding
