Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge.

Cleaning and disinfecting upto 2000 litre Water Tank including masonry reservoir.

Labour and hire charges of machinerie for tank cleaning operation by submersible water pump to drain out excess water, removil of sludge by suction process by using machine, cleaning of walls, ceiling and floor by high jet machine rubbing all walls by rotary jet machine and cleaning the corners by plain jet machine, removal of deposited sludge by vacume suction machine, after doing the same disinfecting operation to be done by spraying biodegradable, antibacterial, non toxic agent like H202 (Hydrogenpeioxidej of volume 8.48% as per IS specification and spreading about free chemicai agent like TRENDS DEO (1.003 milliliter) and finally treatment of UV radiator to all walls and floor for at least 5 minutes including collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work (minimum 6 nos. sample of water) including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilizing the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction The work shall be completed in all respect. The rate shall be included of all tackles, tools & plants, labour and consumable materials including transformation charges and removal of all machineries after completion of job.

Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.
