Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and Fix 4mm dia galvanised steel wire,(Chain Link) not exceeding 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over serial item No 27 above for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/slopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brick work using old sized bricks class designation 100 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC coping (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fix PCC kerb stones factory made of Grade M-35 to be fixed in road side kerbs of size 30 X 45 cm of minimum thickness 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.
