Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) HT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:1. Excavation and PCC works will be measured and paid separatly in respected items.)

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete necessary form work all as specified and directed. (for transformer platform)

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Supply, installation and testing 33 KV rated horizontal mounting 400 Amp Gang operated Air break off load, disconnecting switch. Tripple pole, each pole consists of Galvanized steel base, HT Insulators as per BSS./I.S non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers horizontal GI pipe of adequate lenghth for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipefor operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position complete all as specified.

Supply, installation and testing gang operated air break switch in replacement 11 KV, 3 pole vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current upto 200 Amps and 9 insulators suitable for 11 KV, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F drop-out fuse unit, expulsion type for out door air break gang operated switch, single pole mounted on and including insulators and jumpers for 11kv working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts and washers etc, systhetic bounded fuse tube complete with line cap suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps all as directed

Supply & fix Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp.

Supply,Laying , jointing and testing underground cable 120 sqmm 3 core size. heavy duty, 11000 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains /culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 110 mm dia for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing heat shrinkable cable end joint , out-door type with and including jointing materials suitable for 11 KV , XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm , 3 core , complete all as specified and directed .(NOTE:- excavation & earth work will be measured & paid separately)

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in tdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core.

Supply and fix in replacement galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe all as specified and direted.

M&L for anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size.

S&F route marker for HT cable made out of CI 100 mm dia in round shape 2-3 mm thickness having two hole for mounting on 25x25x5mm angle iron 60 mm long, fixed in ground along the HT cable route with the help of PCC 1:4:8. (rate of PCC & angle iron deemed to be included in rate quoted).

M&L for making underground boaring (Manually/Mech) through existing bituminous road/PCC/Floor along cross section approx 10 mtr of the road at a depth approx 1.0 mtr for laying of GI tubing of dia 80/100 mm for encasing of cable all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Levelling, cleaning of ground around 4 pole structure/2 pole structure and filling & Spreading evenly stone boulders of approximate size 40 mm size

Supply, instal, test & commissioning of 11kV 400A 21kA/3sec vacuum Insulated, Non?Extensible, Outdoor Compact Switchgear ( RMU) with 2 Nos Isolators as Incomer, and 2 Nos. VCB with self-Powered Relay as outgoing.Note: any civil work required at site is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Item No 26 Contd/.. (D) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE:- Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel having 3.15 mm thickness for Non-load bearing & 2 mm for Load bearing partition sheets & Door with HRCA 4 mm base frame. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be Powder Coated (Colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. As per IEC 62271-202. (E) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING:- Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3Rx95 Sq.mm XLPE Single Core Aluminum unarmorured Cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminum Busbars with aluminum flexible. Internal earthing connections by using 50X6 GI strips including Transformer Neutral. Note: Compact Sub-Station shall be outdoor plinth mounted type. Cost of plinth,as per manufaturer drawing, Erection , Commissiong and Civil work for package substation shall deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 3.0 mtr in depth for for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fix in replacement pin insulator with hardware for 33 KV line.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc all as specified & directed.
