Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, coping etc. including necessary form work and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded agg as padding for roof surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ stone masonry surfaces mixed with water proofing compound to finished even and smooth without using extra cement Note: WPC measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance priming coat complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Applying bitumen blown 85/25 grade, applied hot, to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.2kg per sqm per coat.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surface with polymeric water proofing membrane at the rate of 4Kg/Sqm reinforced with min160 gram/Sqm non woven polyester mat over a coat of bitumen primer @.20 Ltr/Sqm and a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 or 95/15 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm applied on the top of Polymeric membrane and finally finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ of 100 grams/Sqm all specified and directed and testing complete on completion.

Making arrangement of scaffolding in buildings, cutting of small trees/plants at the stem, removal of the roots of the plants by using acids, cutting around the spot for removing the roots any size and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or with PCC 1:2:4 including finishing with existing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing 20mm dia

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in path/ plinth protection and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making groove in plaster of size 10mm width and 8mm depth in junction of wall and Col/Beam and applying Sika primer 3N and filling with Sikaflex Construction (AP) with 112gm sealant/rm incl thermocol rod backup as per manufacturers instruction.
