NOTE FOR SCHEDULE 'A' (BOQ) Rate quoted by the tenderer for this schedule should not be less than minimum liability which is inclusive of minimum wages, EPF, Bonus, Labour Cess, GST and ESI. Any other statutory payment, additional tax/cess portion and over head charges is to be borne and quoted accordingly by the contractor. In case the amount quoted by the contractor is found less than minimum liability & with zero / negative profit such bids will be treated as non bonafide and shall summarily be rejected. No claim what so ever shall be entertained in this respect at a later stage.Opertator must be experienced and must have knowledge in the respective trades. Providing 2 sets of uniform for duty personals with proper badge marking all as per directed. The operator must wear uniform provided by contractor. Uniform to provided by the contractor to safaiwala on his own cost. No extra payment will be made on this account. duties of the operator may also detailed to any other installations as per requirement by the Engineer-in-charge. Contractor will ensure the weekly 'OFF' shall be given to workers deployed by him without any hindrance to the department. Log sheets shall be maintained by the operator and submitted to the Engr-in-Charge duly filled and signed. Log sheet shall be issued by the contractor to operators at his own cost. No extra payment will be made on this account. The work will be supervised by the contractor himself. However for smooth functioning of the work the contractor may deploy a supervisor for the same, who will maintain the log sheet of the instl and be endorsed by the concerned JE regularly. Cost of supervisor is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contract. Before commencement of work, list of all employers / staff is to be submitted to GE alongwith qualification/experience details & ID proof for approval.

Outsourcing services of 11 (Eleven) Nos Safaiwala (Un skilled) in a general shift of 8 hrs per day:- For daily cleaning sweeping of MES building (external & internal) and their open area incl rearranging of furniture and cleaning of toilets including disinfection of rooms, cleaning of window panes, door and window shutters including frame, removal of cob webs and finally cleaning of roofs and open drains by deploying requisite/sufficient manpowers on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holiday and closed Holiday as specified in particular specification of Appx 'B' and as directed. The deployment of manpower (Safaiwala) in a shift of 8 hours (General shift) per day in the following office complex:- (a) HQ CE Siliguri Zone -03(Three) Nos. (Un skilled) (b) GE Sevoke Road -03 (Three) Nos (Un skilled) (c) MES IB Sevoke Road -03 (Three) Nos (Un skilled) (d) GE CTL Siliguri -02(Two ) Nos (Un skilled) NOTE:- (a) All cleaning agents (consumables) will be provided by the department. Outsourcing services of 02 (two) Nos Chowkidar ( (Un skilled) round the clock in a 2 shifts per day in a shift of 8 hours. Each outsourcing for safety and security services by employing unarmed chowkidar at CTL. The deployment of manpower (Chowkidar) in a shift of 08 Hrs in 2 Shifts per day 8 Hrs including Sunday and Holiday at GE CTL Siliguri : 02 Shifts timings as directed by Engineer-in Charge. NOTE : Proper handing and taking over of registers between Chowkidars should be done in each shift. Qty = (290 days x 2 Shifts per day) = 580 shifts

Outsourcing service of 03 (Three) Nos of Mali (Un skilled) in a general shift of 8 hrs per day:- For daily maintenance of plants, lawns, garden and surrounding area, cutting/timing of shrubs and tree branches by deploying requisite/sufficient manpowers on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holiday and closed Holidays as specified in particular specification and as directed. The deployment of manpower in shift of 8 Hrs (General shifts) per day in the following office:- (a) HQ CE Siliguri Zone office complex. -01 (One) Nos (Un skilled) (b) MES IB Sevoke Road -01 (One) Nos (Un skilled) (c) GE Sevoke Road -01 (One) Nos (Un skilled) complex including office complex of following sub divisions/Offices:- (i) AGE B/R Sevoke Road. The qualification of Data entry operator shall be 12th Class pass with minimum two years experience in the relevant field. 2. Data entry operator engaged by the contractor should have adequate knowledge in generation and maintenance of Report/return, typing of letters, updating of file. 3. The data entry operator shall be qualified in computer and able to run all computer software & programme incl knowledge of internet. 4. Data entry operator employed by the contractor should know the both English & Hindi Language. 5. The speed of the typing of Data entry operator should not less than 20 WPM. 6. The data entry operator should have one year certificate course in computer applications from any Govt recongnised Institute. 7. The data entry operator shall perform duties of clerical as when required. 8. Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and/or as directed. 9. Qty =12 shifts/day x 290 days : 3480 shifts.

For printing of drawing, photo copying, maintenance of files, updating of record, maintenance of old records including stiching register, files etc by deploying requisite/sufficient manpowers on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holiday and Closed Holiday as specified in particular specification and the deployment of manpower (Ferroprinter) in a shift of 8 Hrs (General shift) per day at HQ CE Siliguri Zone, office complex area - 01 (One) Nos (Semi Skilled) NOTE:- 1. Ferroprinter shall having qualification of 12 pass and minimum 2 (Two) years experience in the relevant field. 2. The manpower employed by the contractor should have adequate knowledge in maintaining the drawings, printing of drawings, photo copying and maintenance of files, old records and registers at the office. 3. The manpwer employed by the contractor should have adequate knowledge in maintenance of drawing equipment in the drawing section. 4. Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and/or as directed. 5. Qty = 01 shifts/day x 290 days = 290 Shifts.
