Thermal Insulation : a) 4" thick thermocoe insulation board will be fixed on all the three walls, ceilings & floor incl. necessary wooden framework and supply of cardicoat thick adhesive solution & finish with 0.5" thick cement plastering, providing wire net, bolts and 'U' hooks. b) Providing 4mm thick standard size glass tiles which will be layered inside of the chamber on the floor and three sides of the wals upto 5' high before themal insulation for rat protection. | ||||||
| 1.105. Front Doors : 2 X 4 = 8(eight) nos. adequately 4" thick insulated (against heat leakage) doors will be provided in the mortuary, one for each body on wooden frame & necessary work. These doors will be completed with door gasket, thickly plated brass latch & hinges, inner insulation covering with 22 swg. G.I. sheet & finished with painting & supply of door frame 4" x 4" & 4" x 5" Sal wood. 6. Inspection Door For Cold : Diffuser 2 Nos. 5" thick thermocole insulated inspection door (insulated against heat leakage) completed with 4" x 4" teak wooden frame would be provided on wall at the back of the cooling coil, door will be completed with door gasket, thickly plated brass latch & hinges, inner insulation covering with 22 swg G.I. sheet & finished with painting. | ||||||

Mortuary Trays : 2 x 4 = 8(eight) nos. of mortuary trays each having approx. dimension of 23"x 72" long and fabricated from 18 SWG SS304 sheet and posted on 1.5" x 1.5" x 0.25" galvanised angle iron frame completed with 4 nos. brass wheels, M.S.pins and handles incl. slideing arrangement on the frame for pulling the tray on wheels. 8. Steel Structure : Complete arrangement of 2(two) track 2(two) tire self structure of welded 3"x3"x3/8" angle iron for supplying and handling of the mortuary trays would be installed inside the morgue as per drawings. The structure will have 2 coats of red oxide and 2 coats of grey enammeled paint 2(two) sets for 2 chambers. | ||||||
| 1.309. Description of Plant & : Equipments a) 2 Nos. Main unit: Refrigeration capacity minimum about 2.6 tons to be driven by minimum 5HP Motor, 3 Phases 4 wire 415 VAC. b) 2 Nos. Standby unit: Two standby condesing unit complete with driving motor, of exact specification as of the main unit, which would be interconnected by suitable refrigeration pipe with main units on such a way than in case of any emergency this standby unit will serve the function of the main unit. c) Both the main and the standby units would be installed in the plant room adjuscent to the mortuary. d) One lot refrigeration pipe and fittings (copper tube) for interconnection between the condensing units and diffuser unit would be included. | ||||||
| 1.40e) Suitable automatic controls such as expansion valve, dial type thermometer, low & high pressure control switch, hand shut of valve, magnetic solonoid valve, drier would be incorporated in the system for maintaining desired conditions stated below. f) The would be one forged draught cooling coil complete with fan motor, deep tray and other anciliary equipments, would be installed in the mortuary in suitable location for 2(two) sets. 10. Inside & Outside Temperature : Taking average maximum temperature 45ᵒ to 50ᵒ C the plant would be capable of maintaining a temperature of 4ᵒ C. within the vicinity of about 85% humidity inside the mortuary. | ||||||
