Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard and dense soil all as specified & directed.

Excavation over area not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified & directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base all as specified & directed.

Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces of road with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and forming required gradient and camber super elevation including necessary watering all as specified & directed.

M&L 150mm thickness soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or required stone , interstices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified & directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam in two layers with coarse aggregate ( trap/ basalt) of size 90 to 40mm, spread, rolled by 8 to 12 tonnes power roller and consolidated to gradient & camber as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq m all as specified & directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam of 50mm consolidated thickness with binder content 4% by weight of total mix with bitumen of grade VG-30 (conforming to IS 73-2006) laid, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 ton power roller to required gradient and camber including use of mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for bed to drain pipes including haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 450mm dia pipes all as specified & directed.

M&L random rubble stone masonry uncoursed or brought to course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed.

M&L for 600mm dia RCC hume pipe class NP-3 and jointed with collar in CM 1:3

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of size 400x600X150mm thick with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete

M & L for preparing of new bituminious surfaces of road and making 2mm thickness centre lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions all as specified & directed.

M & L for Moorum/Red bajri spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as in berm with the help of hand roller all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc 500m but n.exc 1.5 km all as specified all as specified & directed.

E/M works

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT underground XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) of 1988 laid in trenches/wall/floors/ducts etc fixed with saddle and clamps or passing through pipes complete with cable and connection with proper thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for cable protection will be measured & paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply and fix Hot dip galvanised Iron octagonal pole of height 9 mtrs minimum galvanising of 70 microns, top across flat dimensions of 70 mm, bottom across dimensions of 155 mm and 3 mm sheet thickness made out of single section with square plate of minimum dimensions 250x250x16 mm, PCD 250 mm, foundation bolts size M24 x 750 mm, 04 nos bolts, flush door opening 90 x 500 mm cap type double arm GI bracket of 1000 mm for mounting the light fitting at an angle of 120 degree including 02 Nos of MS Clamp made out of size 32x5 mm as per site requirement, bakelite sheet with one 6 A SP MCB and 24 mm stud type connectors -04 Nos inside the pole at the flush door. Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary excavation, returning filling, removal, RCC foundation and PCC coping etc complete for the pole as per the manufacturer recommendation and specifications and as directed. Material Specification: Mast and pole shaft shall be as per BSEN 10025, IS 5986, ASTM A572. Foundation: IS 2062/E250A. Base Plate: IS 2062. Galvanization as per IS-4759/2629 and ASTM A123.

Supply & fix PVC insulated FRLS and sheathed copper multistranded cable 2 core 1.5 sqmm, heavy duty through or on pole connecting cable looping box and perimeter light fitting all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only will be measured & paid

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanised iron tubing, light grade of size 40 mm dia with all fittings as in cable protection, laid in trenches, including taking down existing unserviceable GI pipes & its connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED perimeter light 70 watt with pressurised die-cast housing with IP66 protection and polycarbonate cover with IK07 impact resistance. It should have 10kV external surge protection. The product to have L70 life of 50000 hours and designed to operate from -10 to +45 degree celsius. The system efficacy to be 120Lm/w with system lumen of 8400 (+/-1%) lumen output. Protection: High voltage cutoff & restart @ 320V +/- 15V and phase to phase 440V protection for 8hrs is mandatory. The Luminaire should have CRI 70. The driver should be protected against moisture all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix timer switch astro type (Having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory) working with 250 V single phase of capacity not less than 20 amp rating with contactor and all other components required for efficient functioning of the timer fitted in a steel enclosure alongwith necessary cable entry hole with gland packing and box should be finished and should be installed properly on a base frame made out of 50 x 50x 6 mm angle iron frame along with securing the cable all as directed and specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet (Outdoor type) weather/dust proof, factory made, IP-55 with openable shutters on both sides front and rear having locking arrangements, totally enclosed weather proof, powder coated over a coat of primer suitable for 440V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 C/s, aluminium bus bar of capacity 150 Amp, AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted including connecting up all out going MCCB/MCB with suitable size of Alu bus bar or with stranded copper cable mounting on MS angle iron 50x50x6 mm size , legs not less than 750 mm height including necessary suitable foundation of 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with 100 mm offsets and panel board with front and back opening and locking arrangement , applying two coats of finishing powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including the following accessories and fitted in complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge : (i) 63 A 4P 16KA MCCB -1Nos (Incoming) (ii) MCCB TPN 32 Amps 10 KA -02 Nos (iii) MCB SP 6 Amps -01 Nos (vi) LED Indication lamps (v) Internal copper wiring (vi) Digital Ammeter and Voltmeter alongwith suitable CTs and PTs as per site requirement.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion all as specified and directed. NOTE: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber, funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 15 mm bore, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slabs 50 mm thick with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 140 mm c/c both ways etc complete.
