Degree of ingress protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529 and the gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panel Shall be mounted on angle legs of size 40mm x 40mm legs with Ground clearance 450mm duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables, and they shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel as per following. a). 1. DG SET

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete including relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure (AMF Panel), control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms 4+ Compliant of capacity 15 KVA, Factory assembled, shrinkpacked, Kirloskar make,Engine Model 3R550TC 4G1 or equivalent model of approved make canopised disel generator set Air Cooled diesel engine directly coupled to Kirloskar Green make alternator (Brushless), both mounted on a common base frame complete with standard control panel, fuel tank, battery leads, first fill of Engine oil, coolant and all standard accessories built into the canopy, Service manual along with cat part list and price list-03 sets as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge,

DG Set shall be equipped with : (i) Disel Engine complete with all accessories comply with the IS 10002/BS 5514/ISO 3046 latest edition, turbo charged multi cylinder V type in line type with mechanical fuel injection system, the engine with all accessories shall be enclosed in a enclosure to make it work silently (Within permissible noise level)

(ii) An alternator directly coupled to the engine through coupling complete with all accessories shall comply with BS 2613/IS 4722/IEC 34 latest edition. The alternator shall be continuosly rated duty suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz. Power development having brush less, synchronous, self excited, self regulating system, the rotor shall be dynamically balanced to minimize vibration, the alternator shall be fitted with shaft mounted centrifugal fan, alternator regulator shall be directly coupled to the engine and shall be complete with the excitation system, automatic voltage regulation of +/- 1%, voltage adjusting potentiometer and under/over speed protection, terminal box suitable for termination of 50/25 Sq mm 3.5/4 Core XLPE cable, one spare set of terminal shall also be available for connection, (iii) Automatic voltage regulator

(iv) Complete starting arrangement, including battery with battery chargers, one number of 12 V batteries complete with all leads, terminals and stand shall be provided. The battery shall have sufficient capacity to give 10 Nos successive starting impulse to the disel engine, the battery charger shall be completed with transformer, suitable rating (415V, 3 Ph, 50 HZ/230V, 1 Ph, 50 HZ) rectifier circuit , DC Ammeter & Voltmeter, Charger shall be provided with output voltmeter & Ammeter.

(v) The engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common heavy duty, rigid fabricated steel base frame constructed with ISMC of suitable sections, adequate number of anti-vibration mounting pads shall be fixed on the common base frame on which engine and alternator mounted to isolate the vibration from passing on to the common base frame or the foundation of the DG set.

(vi) Fuel Tank of appropriate capacity shall be provided on a suitably fabricated steel platform. The tank shall be completed with level indicator marked in litres, filling inlet with removable screen, an outlet, a drain plug , an air vent , an air breather and necesscary piping. The tank shall be painted with oil resistant paint. The fuel piping shall be carried out to connect the DG set. (vii) Engine Cooling and lubrication system. (viii) Engine air filtering system. (ix) Exhaust silencer package. (x) Set of GI pipes, valves, strainers, unloading hose pipes as required for fuel transfer system from storage area to fuel tank including electrically driven fuel pump. (xi) All lubricants , consumable, touch up paints etc for first filing, testing & commissioning at site. The fuel oil for first testing / commissioning shall also be provided by the contractor Make : Kirloskar /Sudhir/Greves Cotton/Jackson

NOTE : The Pre-commissioning test of above DG set shall have to be carried out in presence of IEM or any other officer as detailed by the CWE. The expenditure for testing including cost of fuel consumed/equipment required for testing shall be born by the contractor and which shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be paid for this account. The testing shall be carried out for 12 hours continously with one hour 10% overload in 12 hours. The drawing shall be approved by the CWE before procurement.

During the said defects liability period, the lift shall be kept functioned serviceable all the time and all consumable items shall also be provided by contractor for runnig of the lift without any additional cost to the department. (ii) The lift shall be inspected and commissioned by the lift inspector and it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to get the lift inspected & commissioned without any extra cost to the department. Cost of the above provisions shall be deemed in the rates quated by contractor. (iii) All dimensions given above are recommended dimensions . In the event of any variations mutually agreed between manufacturer and purchaser are permitted. However, variation in car inside dimensions shall be within the maximum area limits specified in 1S 14665 (Part 3/Sec 1).

(iv) Dimensions of pit depth and overhead may differ in practice as per individual manufacturer’s design depending upon load, speed and drive. However, the pit depth and overhead shall be such as to confirm to the requirements of bottom clearance and top clearance of IS 14665 (Part 2/Sec 1). (v) Contractor to obtain permission and approval prior to commencement of work and lift license from state govt authority. (vi) Item cost includes required scaffolding & structural steel brackets for erecting lift as per above specification, obtaining required all necessary permissions of Lift inspector to erect and complete the elevator work, Laisons to operate the elevators including all necessary charges, payments for the same etc complete. (vii) Contractor to verify all above required dimension at site prior to procurement of lift. In the event of any variation the commercially available standard size lift with respect to load and category shall be submitted to the dept for approval. (viii) Contractor shall submit GA drawing along with other relevant details to Engr-in-Charge for approval from Accepting Officer prior to procurement of lift.

M & L for vertical type sheet steel enclosure distribution boards, double door factory made 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 way, with 200 amps rated copper bus bar of suitable size and PVC insulated copper jumpers from the MCCB to the out going circuits (one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits) comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating including MCCB 63 amps, 25 KA, TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. and 12 Nos MCBs 40 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

PHASE III: Commence after completion of work of Phase II

Manning and operation of Lift 08 Passenger at Domestic Area Amritsar in 3 shifts round the clock, each shift shall consist of 8 hours duration (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00PM to10:00PM and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM alongwith required T&P and ladders) by engaging required staff one Lift Operator per shift for proper and efficient running and satisfactory performance of installation including operating DG Set as required complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) The contractor shall employ adequate No of operators ITI qualified with minimum two years experience for operation of installation and necessary T & P shall be provided. (ii) The area upto 25 metre around the installation including DG Set shall be maintained by cleaning including grass cutting etc all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The unit rates quoted by contractor shall deem to include this aspect also. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. In case area is not cleared by contractor around the installation recovery @Rs. 3000/- per month/per installation shall be made from contractor. (ii) The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall including cleaning of lifts. DG Set and including of repairs for operation of lifts. (iii) Contractor shall also be responsible for proper maintenance and operation of lift,maintain log sheet of lift and DG Set for proper operation.
