Annual Civil Maintenance Work at Narwapahar Plant Area for 2023-24

Electrical Items :

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil A) All kinds of soil.

Return earth filling by available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming (allow for breading up lumes, shrinkage etc) watering lead upto 50 metre and lift up to 1.5m complete as directed by the E.I.C

Supplying and filling in plinth with foundation, plinth, wall sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m all kind of soil.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work @ 1 kg per 50kg of cement.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of cement, Reinforced cement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attachedpilasters ,buttresses plinth and string courses, fillets columns , piers, aboutments,posts and struts etc.Up to floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttring, finishing and reinforcement.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.)

centering shuttering including removal of form work for all types of work. for providing and fixing straight shuttering b) suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, shelves etc.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Cold twisted bars

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).(Note- Material/Item must be approve to UCIL before supply/installation.)

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in superstructur and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). Extra for brick work in superstructureabove floor V level for each four floors or part thereof by mechanical means by lifting material using mobile crane.(Note- Material/Item must be approve to UCIL before supply/installation.)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall /floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 6 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6(1 cement : 6 fine sand) complete as per the direction of E. I. C.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (Two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and applying of Weather Coat on wall. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Applying priming coat: with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing 600 x 450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C. P brass screws and washers complete

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

b) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Supplying & stacking at site Stone screening 13.2 mm nominal size (Type A)

Providing and fixing wash basin with C. I brackets, 15mm C. P brass pillar taps, 32mm C. P brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: white vitreous China Wash basin size 630 x 450 mm with a pair of 15mm C. P brass pillar taps complete as per the direction of EIC.
