Shifting of air compressor to the site of work along with all accessories, tools & tackles. POL. loading/unloading, watch & ward, and all allied material required for execution of the job. Clearance of the site if required, including cutting, levelling and dressing of the ground for deployment of equipment and stacking of materials. The job also includes extraction of already installed submersible pumpset. Deployment of the air compressor and lowering of the air line along with column pipes for redevelopment of the tube well by cleaning all strainers from the top to the bail plug and again from the bail plug to the top until clear, sand-free potable water is obtained. Stabilization and yield testing of the tube well using Vertical Turbine (VT) or Submersible Pump of adequate capacity as per specifications to determine the safe yield and drawdown of the tube well, and to ensure continuous discharge of clear, sand-free potable water at the required head. The job includes the cost of all labour, POL, hire charges, shifting, loading/unloading, watch & ward, tools & tackles, packing of pea-shaped gravel, if required, and any other material or incidental work necessary for successful redevelopment, stabilization and testing of the tube well, well, complete in all respects
