Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts 01 No in each tower of Ground + 3 floor (total four landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device of capacity 08 passenger lift installed in CPRU and 101 AW complex Tech area complete all as specified and directed (Total 2 x 11 Month = 22 units lifts ) Location :-Installed at CPRU & 101 complex (SRE Towers )

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts 02 Nos in each tower of Ground + 8 floor (total nine landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device of capacity 08 passenger lift installed in NCEs DSC Accn at Camp area complete all as specified and directed (Total 4 x 11 Month = 44 units lifts Installed at NCEs/DSC block Camp area) Note for ser. item no. 1 & 2 : (i) The tenderer shall have to replace the unserviceable material only. Contractor is responsible for renewal of insurance. Load testing for lift to be carried out once in a year through a charted Engineer and necessary test report shall be submitted. The entire work mentioned in this Sch'A' including comprehensive , preventive and periodical maintenance of lift/elevators shall be executed through OEM i.e. ECE Industries or authorised dealer .

Notes contd... Guarantee and defect rectification during guarantee period shall be responsibility of the contractor. Third party damage due to malfunctioning of lift shall be responsibility of the contractor . (ii) The comprehensive maintenance shall include weekly , fortnightly, monthly, quarterly , half yearly, inspection / testing/ preventive maintenance replacement of un-serviceable parts/ material including labour , transportation cost . (iii) Contractor shall rectify the defects with in 24 Hrs after receipt of complaints, otherwise the complaint will be rectified by the other agency and the expenditure incurred will be recovered from the contractors dues . The penalty for not attending complaints shall be recovered as per PS clause no. 16. (iv) Old material will be produced to AGE E/M yard by the contractor . (v) The schedule 'A' consists of comprehensive maintenance of M/S ECE lift at NCEs/DSCs block and Tech area SRE tower No.1 and 2 . The work shall be done under OEM/authorised dealer for comprehensive maintenance of lift all as specified in Sch 'A' ser. item no. 1 and 2 above, Special condition particular specification , MES SSR and as directed by GE/ Engr-in-Charge . (vi) The cost of labour required for replacement of spares/ accessories, as mentioned in item No. 3 to 24 hereinafter shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Notes contd... (vii) Lift mechanic shall be well equipped having good experience in lift/ elevators repair and maintenance . Contractor has to give a copy of qualification ( Minimum ITI) , serving certificate of mechanic . (viii) Contractor shall carryout , monthly quarterly , half yearly inspection and submit the same to Engineer-in-Charge without fail . (ix) The contractor / OEM shall ensure proper functioning of safety devices . (x) Contractor shall provide the mobile number and two Email IDs for regular communication .

Supply and fixing only Main control LT panel suitable upto 16 passenger lift comprises of a main Mother control unit ,SMPS (5 V 220V I/P) ,Contactor 40 A,Relay card for braking ,a calling card ,4 pole MCB ,U strip connector (40 pieces), Two Rectifier(AC to DC) ,One card Top unit,A land operating panel(LOP) and a Drive Braking Resistance unit(DVR) complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Rewinding of burnt out lift hoist motor 7.5/10 HP capacity of any make, after disconnecting and removing of the burnt out winding conductor with same size and gauge of super enameled copper conductor, insulating varnishing, greasing, re-fixing back and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs and maintenance of gear box including cleaning greasing, oiling and replacement of burnt out/damaged parts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
