(d) Applying two coats of tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. (e) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method.(Note : Floor Area shall be measured for payment).

Supply & providing water proofing roof treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aqua flex manufactured by M/s Bengal Bitumen, MULTIPLAS STANDARD, manufactured by STP TEXAS Ltd/ Hyperplas manufactured by IWL Ltd having 10 years guarantee for water tightness including demolition of existing water proofing traetment complete all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm including cleaning surface all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply & providing water proofing with 3 mm thick APP polymeric proofing membrane of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/ MULTIPLAS STANDARD consisting of 100 micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with compatible primer and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed (c) Aluminium bituminous paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm shall be applied over the APP membrane surface. NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer.

S & F powder coated aluminium ventilator cross section conforming to IS 63.5x38.10x1.5mm consisting of two partions upper portion shall have louvers with 3mm thick pin headed glass and aluminium wire cloth 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.56m fixed with aluminium beads and securing on outer face of frame and lower portion of ventilation shall be fixed with 3mm thick pin headed glass with IDPE rubber gasket including aluminium beads, including preparation of jombs all around in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10mm and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with and including PD Proof 101 LW (+) of Dr fixit or equivalant integral water proofing admixture @ 200ml/bag over and including two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalant in the ratio (1:4:7) , ( one part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50kg of homogeneous mixture/sqm and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) for external wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing rolling shutter of size n.exc 4 sqm by aligning guide channe , easing ,greasing ,repairing locking arrangements and other fittings , cover etc and make the rolling shutter smooth functioning including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed
