Hire and running charges of crane 20 tonne capacity. (2 shift each of 8 hrs)

Replacement of damaged,wornout portion of 1200 mm dia line at site with the help of men & material power like Fitters,cutters, welders, Helpers, Beldars, Supervisiors,Chokidar, Electricion etc, with welding machine, cutter set, welding rods etc. with Transportation for To & Fro including loading and unloading at site.

Safety arrangement Helmet, Gum Boots, Protective Bodysuits, Hand Gloves, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box etc. arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Providing and fixing 2 meter high MS sheet barricading with frame of angle iron 40x40x6 mm every post to be welded with MS channel for providing,embeddig of 16 mm dia round torque bars in the road as per drawing. (Total value = 8 mtr installed x 1 days placed at site = 8 mtr)

Providing mild steel pipes fabricated/manufactured out of MS plate of steel grade Fe 410 as per IS 3589:2001 or out of HR Coils of same/equivalent grade, coated internally with food grade epoxy and externally/outside wih epoxy coating, complete in all respect, with up to date amendments in relevent IS codes and as directed by engineer in charge. (P) 1200 mm dia nominal dia (clear internal dia.) pipes of 12mm thickness (min) internally coated with food grade epoxy coating and external/outside epoxy coating.

Hiring of DG set 62 KVA with consideration of 1 DG set standby with fuel and operators etc.

Testing and commissioning of line at full pressure.
