Material and labour for servicing/cleaning of complete indoor and out door unit of Ducted Split type / Split Type Air conditioner of following capacity by means of adding cleaning solution with water. The cleaning of the condenser and chiller tubes shall be done with use of nylon brushes till the scaling is removed and ensuring its serviceability by rectification / replacement of unserviceable parts and keeping AC in good working condition and specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for Ducted Split type AC 8.3 TR Capacity. Note :- Supply of spares for replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.

Material and labour for servicing / cleaning of complete water cooler / refrigerator/deep freezer of following size and capacity by cleaning the outer unit by means adding cleaning solution with water. The cleaning of condenser and chiller tubes is done with use of nylon brushes till the scaling is removed for water cooler & deep freezer the inner tank should be cleaned using bleaching powder and keeping the inner tank clean from bacterial and descaling and ensuring its serviceability all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for Water cooler of any capacity , make and model. Note :- Supply of spares for replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.

Taking out unserviceable compressor of any type of AC/Refrigerator/Water cooler/Deep freedger, from site and replacement of new compressor against repair of existing make, the compressor sealed unit in position, charging of refrigerant gas suitable type of required quantity, bracing of discharge and suction line and leak testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for Split Type AC 1.5 Ton capacity

Fixing only the Geyser of 25 / 50 Ltr capacity, type, make on Wall including provision of 4 Nos of anchor bolts of suitable size, PVC connection for inlet and cromium plated copper connection for outlet (HOT WATER SIDE)connection making the electric connections, testing and commissionning complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Geyser will be isuue under sch 'B' Free for fixing

Attending complaints / servicing including trouble shooting /repair of geyser 25 to 50Ltrs capacity checking of serviceability of individual parts such as thermostat, heating element, pressure release valve, inlet/outlet connections etc, replacing worn-out fasteners and defective components and testing including taking down the geysers and refixing the same after repairs. Note : Spare parts including replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Rate quoted shall include replacement of worn-out fasteners.

Cleaning the surface of geysers 25 / 50 Ltrs capacity to free from dust, grease and preparing surfaces for painting and spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour including writing MES No. complete all as directed.

Taking the copper or steel container carefully from the geyser, descaling, rectifying leakage by braising, resetting the insulating (glass wool), testing for the required pressure replacing rubber gaskets, worn-out fasteners etc,. with new ones complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing & Taking down solar water heater of any type & make after disconnecting the electric and water connections plugging the inlet and outlet as required at the building , repairing the solar water heater by removing unservicable parts such as , thermostat,heating element, pressure release valves, rubber gaskets,inlet/outlet connections ,testing for the required pressure, refixing the same in position with nuts and washers complete all as directed by engineer in charge.
