Complete RO plant except the storage tank should be protected by iron structure and overhead shed for safety purpose.

Bulk/entire quantity order will be placed only on Tenderers with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item or similar item (Similar item means same tendered specification with different size ) to this Railway, other Railway and Railway production unit in last 03 years.

Firm to upload R/Note, CRN, Inspection Certificate and receipted challan duly signed by gazetted officer along with the offer in support of performance of this Railway, other Railway and other production unit. If the firm have not uploaded these documents, it will be assumed that firm have no performance.

Any deviation in specification and ATC will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

Service center should exist at consignee's geographical location for claiming of warranty. Proof of this to be provided along with offer otherwise offer will be ignored.

CLASS 1 AND CLASS 2 LOCAL SUPPLIERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO QUOTE.

Firm must quote make/brand along with model no. otherwise their offer will be rejected.

Compliance sheet of technical specification of the offered product should be uploaded in OEM letterhead duly signed along with bid.

OEM must be ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified and these documets must be uploaded with the bid. ISO certificate must be from IAF / NABCB recognized accreditation body. Required to be uploaded with the bid documents.

Warranty (Bid price to be included):- The entire system should have 5 years warranty from the date of commissioning. During this period all defective parts and accessories required to run the system shall be replaced promptly free of cost to the customer and cost of all consumable like salt, antiscalant, cartridge, spares and service etc. Firm should submitted declaration in this regard a/w bid documents.

The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions. Procurement to be governed as per Clause 28 of general terms and conditions of the tender for Public Procurement Policy for preference to Make in India.

The tenderer to indicate the Manufacturer's Name, Month and Year of manufacturing by casting/ stamping/ etching/ embossing, at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components/ material. However, if the same is Eastern Railway, General Tender Condition (Revision-1) effective from 06.01.2021 Page: 19 of 63 not possible because of component/ item being small in size or any other reason what so ever, tenderer should indicate the same in their offer.

Warranty Certificate and Guarantee Certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery.

Before final installation, firm should visit the place of installation.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid/tender are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-I. In addition to Annexure-I, in case of other than company/proprietary firm, Annexure-I(A) shall also be submitted by the each member of the partnership firm/joint venture (JV: if permitted to participate in the tender)/ Hindu Undivided Family(HUF)/ Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. as the case may be. Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon tenderer to identify state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested/ digitally signed by which they/ he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the tender document. It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee/ Accepting Authority to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned.
