INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Item No.1 Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLS,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed condiut(thickness not less than 1.5 mm and 20m dia) and its fitting ISI marked PVC junction boxes,mild steel terminal sunken boxes (siutable for swtches/sockets with earth dolly) duly painted internally and externally with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of primer,covered with and including 3mm thick bakelite for siutable sizes make Hylum sheet,also including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade,copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified.

(a) All as per item No. 1 above one light/ fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) All as per item No. 1 above but with one socket outlet 3 Pin, 5 Amps, on independent board.

(c) All as per item No. 1 above but with one socket outlet 3 Pin, 5 Amps, on same board.

(d) All as per item No. 1 above but wiring with 2.5 Sqmm cable.

Item No. 2 Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, SPN, 240V, 8 way, double door type, grouted in wall using required cement concrete or cement mortar, making good the disturbed surfaces and matching with existing and providing electrical connections, complete all as specified.

Item No.3 Stepped type electronic fan regulator, flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet, complete all as specified.

Item No.4 MCB SP, 230 volt, 50 Hz, 6 to 32 A ,10 KA, 'C' series, complete all as specified.

Item No.5 MCB SPN 230 volt, 50Hz,16 Amps,10KA, 'C' series, complete all as specified.

Item No.6 Ceiling fan , 5 Star BEE rating, 1200mm sweep, 240 volt, AC, with hanging rod, conopy set, clamps, bolts nuts including provn of 3 core 0.5sqmm copper conductor sheathed cable from connector to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Havells ES-505 or equivalent in Khaitan/ Orient/ Usha.

Item No.7 Exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 450 mm sweep, 1400 RPM with louver, connecting with and including three core flexible PVC copper conductor cable of size 1.50 Sq.mm, complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Havells Turbo force SP or equivalent in Khaitan/Orient.

Item No.8 LED tubelight fitting, 1x10w LED 230 V energy efficient batten fitting, with driver etc., complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor with and including 10w LED tube rod, complete all as specified. Make:- C&S Nakshtra Series Cat Part No. LTTB2F10WLED/W or equivalent in Havells/Philips.

Item No.9 LED tubelight fitting, 1x20w LED 230 V energy efficient batten fitting, with driver etc., complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor with and including 20w LED tube rod, complete all as specified. Make:- C&S Nakshtra Series Cat Part No. LTTB4F20WLED/W or equivalent in Havells/Philips.

Item No.10 Building Security Light pressure die cast housing with epoxy power coated dark graphite grey colour finish. Prismatic polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses & IP65, 20 watt, complete in all respect and as specified. Make:- C&S Draco Series Cat Part No. LTESS20WLED or equivalent in Havells/Philips.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT WORK

Item No.11 Design, supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant based on principle of aerobic attached growth non-clogging randomly Moving Bed Bio- reactor (MBBR) having capacity 6.0 MLD, with and including all civil works for STP, including the following so as to achieve the parameters mentioned elsewhere in the tender documents from any one of the OEM's as mentioned in Schedule 'Á' notes:-

(i) 02 Nos- Level sensor for automatic operation of existing sewage transfer pump installed at SW-13 & SW-14.

Item No 11 (contd..) (ii) 03 Nos- Raw sewage non clog submersible pumps of 30 LPS each at 14m head complete with starter Panel common for both pump to be installed in Sump at Ichhugul Colony and all necessary accessories and fittings. Level sensor should be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON- OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.Note: MS pipe of size outer dia 219.10 mm, thickness 6.3mm, heavy grade with all necessary MS fittings, flanges & wdelding,, 600mtrs shall be included in scope of work.

(iii) 02 Nos.- Fine bar screen of SS construction as per given minimum specifications, to be installed in Fine Bar screen chamber, to prevent floating objects passing through it and subsequently removing manually and dumped for further disposal.

(iv) 02 Nos.- Manual Grit Chamber chain system.

Item No 11 (contd..) (v) 01 No.- Air grid for equalization tank for providing aeration in the tank, as specified in PS

(vi) 03 Nos.- Raw sewage self priming centrifugal coupled surface pumps of 125 m3/hr each at 12 m head complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings, to be installed for transferring sewage from equalization tank to process reactor. 02 Nos Level sensor should be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

(vii) 03 Nos.- Twinlobe Rotary blower of 2600 m3/hr each @ 6.0 m head directly coupled V-Belt driven with motor completly housed in canopy, for providing air in equalization tank, MBBR reactors Sludge sump & Sludge holding tank. One no. Air rotameter is to be provided in each line to MBBR reactor 1 & 2, equalisation tank, sludge holding tank and DMF air scouring line for measurement of quantity of air.

Item No 11 (contd..) (Viii) 01 No-Mixer of slow speed turbine type of material SS 304 for circular Anoxic chamber of 400 Cum volume as per OEM specifications. (Viii)(a) 02 Nos- Sewage recirculation centrifugal self priming pumps of capacity 125 cum/hr @ 10m head complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for recirculations of part of treated sewage from intermittent Anoxic feed tank to Anoxic tank. One pressure guage for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

(ix) 02 Nos.- MBBR internals comprising of media, SS air grid & SS media retaining seives, etc.

(x) 01 No.- Clarisettler mechanism central/peripheral drive suitable for clarisetler tank as per given specifications complete with media as per any OEM design as specified, supporting structure & collection trough & desludge valve at sludge outlet pipe for drain of sludge

(xi) 02 Nos.- Sludge recirculation centrifugal monoblock self priming surface pumps of capacity 163m3/hr @ 12 m head complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for recirculation of biomass with sewage to the anoxic chamber. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

Item No 11 (contd..) (xii) 01 Set - Sodium Hypo Chlorite dosing system comprising of 2 Nos. dosing pump and one no. Solution tank, all as specified.

(xiii) 05 Nos.- Filter feed centrifugal monobloc pumps of capacity 91 m3/hr @ 26 m head complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for feeding tertiary unit. 01 No Level sensor should be provided in the chlorine contact cum filter feed tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

(xiv) 03 Nos.- Dual Media filter of 2800 mm Dia x 1800 mm HOS, complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filters.

(xvi) 02 Nos. Back wash water transfer pumps of capacity 14 m3/hr @ 10 m head complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for transferring back wash water to the clarisettler. 01 No Level sensor should be provided in the back wash sump and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

(xxi) 02 Nos.- Centrifuge feed pumps (Screw pumps) of capacity 8.0 m3/hr @ 15 m head complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings to feed sludge into Centrifuge mechines, Level sensor should be provided in the sludge holding tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. (xxxvi) 01 No.- Sludge sump and valve sump tank in RCC construction with design mix concrete grade M-30, to be consructed partially above ground,as per given specifications.

(xxxvii) 01 No.- Chlorine Contact cum Filter feed tank in RCC construction with design mix concrete of grade M-30, to be constructed partially above ground, as per given specifications.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No. 12: Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 1.5mx1.5mx1.5m (Internal Dimension of chamber ), depth of chamber to be reckoned from top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover as shown in drg with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x40 mm x 5 mm with fixing arrangement hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Red colour) ovewr a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces on MS cover ans frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil,returning,filing in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not excedding 50 metre,150 mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 using40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation,brick work using bricks as mentioned in PS clause 5.1 in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm plastering in cement mortar 1:4 both internally and externally 30 cm below GL, 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete including excavation in soft/loose soil complete all as specfied and directed.

Item No. 13: Brass ferrule of size 20 to 50 mm by making drilling of DI/ MS pipe for branch connection, complete all as specified. 20mm dia=14 Nos. and 50mm dia=06 Nos.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Item No. 14 : Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm, burried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate vertically to a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised steel earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia (8 SWG) of any length as required at site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, earth lead wire encased in and including 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI wires 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade including charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil /strata all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. [Internal Elect-01 & Ext Elect-08] Note : (i) Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Cost of 7.5m length of GI wire & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 15: Junction box of size 250x200x150 mm, made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, having alluminium bus bar strip 4 Nos mounted on insulatars and 1 No outgoing MCB 6 Amps SP 240 Volts, the juction box shall be front openable and lockable, with hinged shutter with self closing arrangement, outdoor type, weather and vermin proof, including fixing lamp, provision of entry for incoming and outgoing cables complete duly painted with two coats of silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 16: LED street light IP 66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light fitting 25 watts with heat resistant toughned glass complete with all accessoreis including provision of bracket for street light lumanary made out of 40 mm light grade GI pipe 1.50metre long with 2 Nos clamps etc for fixing on poles . Make: C&S- LTESS10x2.5HPLED or equivalent in Phillips/ Crompton Greaves/Havells or equivalent make as specified in Appx 'B'.

Item No. 17: Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground elvel connected to Galvanized iron 32 x 6 mm earth strip of any length as required at site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, earth lead strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI wires 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade including charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil /strata all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. Note : (i) Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. Item No. 18: Earthing with copper earth plate electrode 300mmx300mmx3mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground elvel connected to Copper 25 x 3 mm earth strip of any length as required at site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass, earth lead strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI wires 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade including charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil /strata all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified. Item No. 19 :Supply, installation, testing and commisioning, weather and vermin proof LT feeder pillar box of suitable size (main feeder pillar) factory fabricated (factory approved by CPRI) out door cubicle/ KIOSK type totally enclosed outer edge made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet and inner compartments of 2.00 mm thick sheet metal enclosure with angle iron frame of MS angle 50x50x6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 Hz system, with hinged pannel door (covers) on two sides with handle, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/ rubber/ wooden brushes to prevant ingress of water / vermin etc, inside the enclosure , required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with neccesary internal wiring with standard copper conductor FRLS wires of adequate size, duly powder coated internally & externally of approved colour with PCC foundation and aluminium bus bar for 3 phase & neutral mounted on epoxy insulator with 630 Amps aluminium bus bar, 3 phase and neutral and including following accessories :- (a) INCOMING (i) ACB 630 Amp TPN/50 KA Draw out and microprocessor type - 01 No. (ii) Digital Volt Meter 0 to 500 - 01 No. (iii) Amps Meter 0 to 500 - 01 No. (iv) Phase indicate lamp (Set of three) - 01 Set (v) Change Over switch on load type 400 Amps 4 pole - 01 No.

PHASE-III (PART-I)- The period of completion of this Part is Eleven months and date of commencement will be immediately after certified date of completion of Phase -II issued by the GE.

Item No. 40: Manning, operation sewage treatment plant of capacity 6 MLD & sump/pumping station at Golf Ground (as required) including all civil structures/ chambers, connected equipments, panels, cables etc. and other installations as per BOQ items, in three shifts round the clock including Sunday and hoildays, with all consumable materials including chemicals (Except electricity & Diesel for DG set) as required complete all as directed to ensure that treated sewage meets the parameters given in PS here-in-after including the following:- (i) Operation of Sewage pumping station & Sewage Treatment Plant complete. (ii) Preventive & breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing, etc during the period of work order. (iii) All installations and surroundings to be kept neat & clean by removing shrubs, grass etc. all the time and security checks to be carried out daily. (iv) Cleaning of bar screen, grit chamber etc and keeping records thereof. (v) To provide adequate manpower for rectification of major problems, etc. (vi) To provide all types of T&P required for day to day routine maintenance. (vii) To provide all types of transportation as & when reqd for handling materials/ equipments etc. (viii) Following minimum staff should be provided for operation of the plant

Item No. 40(Contd..): (a) Operator - 1 No. in each shift ( 3 Shift in One Day) (b) Helper - 2 No. in each shift ( 3 Shift in One Day) (ix) Disposal of all sludge at suitable frequency outside the defence land. (x) For plant operation electricity and POL(for DG sets) shall be issued to contractor free of cost by the department.
