Supply and replacement of Turbine Shaft seals and cooling water pipe line systems of Unit-2 at GDPH.

The intending Bidder should have successfully completed at least one similar work of any hydro-mechanical works pertains to Turbines of hydro power stationsas a Prime Contractor of work order value not less than Rs.2.74 Lakhs in Central / State Govt./PSUs or any reputed organizations during previous five financial years, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26.In proof of this, the bidder should submit single work order and corresponding work done certificate issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer). (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work to bring the current price level of 2026-27).

Intending bidder should have achieved in any two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.5.48 Lakhs in the last five financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26. In proof of this Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026-27).

Bidder shall upload all ANNEXURES I, IV, V, VI, VII & VIII mentioned in bid document duly signed with stamp.

The intending bidder shall have the GST Registration Copies shall be uploaded as documentary proof

The intending bidder shall have the Provident Fund registration certificate (Independent PF Code). Copies shall be uploaded as documentary proof.

The intending Bidder should have furnish declaration regarding non forfeiture of EMD / Security deposit in KPCL /Central/State Govt./PSUs and/or reputed organizations in the past 3 years.

The intending bidder shall have the Income tax PAN Copies shall be uploaded as documentary proof.
