Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position stone soling on level including all Carriage Complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and , shuttering , All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate (20mm nominal size) including all Carriage Complete.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including all Carriage Complete.. Riveted and bolted

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. including all Carriage Complete. 100mm x50mm x 3.2mm thick Sections

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing and fixing plain panelling with skirting chair rails, and cornice with necessary screws, priming coat on unexposed surface etc., complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing specified wood frame work consisting of battens 50x25mm fixed with rawl plug and drilling necessary holes for rawl plug etc, including priming coat complete:

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications:

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding. 2nd class kail wood 250x32 mm (nominal size )

Providing and fixing M.S tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular /L-type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side / top/ center hung, with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11B and K12B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints miterd and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings complete all as per approved design , ( sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payments.

Providing and fixing Polystyrene Foam Board with specified thickness and density @ 35kg/cum , 25-50mm thick sheets , placed as insulation and held in position complete Job including all carriages Thickness of insulation to be filled is 225 mm ( Rate is at LM)

Point wiring for light concealed type in min 20 mm ISI marked HMS PVC conduit with 1.5 sq.mm. (2+1E) FR grade copper wires, modular type switch and required accessories including cost of 12W LED bulb etc complete Job

Point wiring for heating concealed type in min 20 mm ISI marked HMS PVC conduit with 2.5 sq.mm. (2+1E) FR grade copper wires, modular type switch 16A and required accessories inclusive MCB & all carriages etc complete job.

10 sqmm (2-C) unaramed PVC cable fopr service mains and required accessories inclusive all carriages etc complete job.
