Dismantling stay assy complete including excavation for taking out PCC block breaking of PCC block for taking out MS plate and depositing iron item to MES store yard and removing of PCC from site.

Dismantling PCC/steel poles any type and any size including excavation for taking out pole, breaking of PCC block with due care and setting aside for reuse or depositing to MES stores yard.

Locating of cable fault in underground cable by providing of fault locating mobile machine (applying voltage 1.1 to 11 kV) mounted in van along with DG set with T&P at site for locating exact fault pf LT/HT underground cables complete all as spfd and directed.

S & F in replacement of Power / Control Copper Cables, with solid copper conductor, XLPE insulated, 2.5 sqmm, 6 core cut to pieces including making all necessary connections as per site requirement and removing the old unsv control cables from ducts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge,

Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, switch air break of any type and S & F with new 11 kV Isolator Double Stack, vertical Type, 400 Amp, each pole consist of galvanised steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact, arcing horns of adequate section to break the magnetizing current, including horizontal G.I. pipe adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of G.I. pipe of 32 mm for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position, jumpers with suitable conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for horizontally mounting, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Jaipuria / Pactel/ Rashtriya.

S & F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

Supply, errecting and installation of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint through out, internally and externally up to planning depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coat of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer making/painting three Nos circular strips each of 30 cm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking pole number with black paint all as spfd and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling from foundation with due care and setting aside LT/HT fedder pillar box any type any size with all accessories.

Supply and installation, connecting eclectically & commissioning in replacement of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type of size 0.90 x 0.60 x 0.50 Mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front door openable with locking arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm, 1.5 mtr long, 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30x0.30x0.50 mtr- 04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete with 200 amps rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply system duly drilled holes and making all cable connection with proper thimbles mounted on epoxy based post insulators and one MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 415 Volt, 35/36 kA of make : Legrand/ Schneider/Havells/L&T complete all as required at site.

S&F in replecement HT 11 kV bus bar outdoor type weather and vermin proof factory fabricated CPRI approved duly painted with two coat of enamelled paint, pedestal type made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick, factory made, using angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 500mm high, front opening double shutter weather proof , rust proof, dust proof with provision of rubber gasket and locking arrangement including HT bush, insulator & bus bar color code - 03 Nos and making connection with suitable size of thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers etc incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for stay assy complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 16mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I of 1991 or directed by Engr-in-charge ( Excavation, PCC, and loop type insulators will be measured separately).

M&L for loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of GI tubing light grade 80mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.(clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately )

Repair, maint and of broken doors for LT panel and bus bars by welding and incl fixing of new hinges and other material as required at site complete all as spfd and directed.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants shrubs around the water/electric supply installations/ inside the valve pit and surface excavation not esceeding 15 cm depth leveling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M.

Detection of any type of fault in HT underground Line (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of Cable fault locator machine. Cable fault locator with carring vehicle will be brought by the cable fault detection agencies. Span of faulty cable will be trace out by the agencies by meggering HT cable. Note : 1. Detection of fault in one span of length will be measured as one Job either machine placed from one side or both side of the cable. 2. Technicians will be employed by the working agencies. 3. Earth work and taking out will be measured and paid seperately. 4. Material for repair and replacement measured and paid saperately. 5. One job shall be measured if the fault has successfully identified by the fault locator machine or removing moisture in the cable if required.

S & F in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11000 Volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 32 x 6 mm GI strip supplied and fixed in replacement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT/HT over head line for repairs. Re-stretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rebinding to the insulators using alumn/GI binding wire and making all existing cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium conductor of any size with steel reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully transformer any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer, supporting angles / cross arms, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site and shifting/refixing at other location under GE (I) Kanpur after cleaning and making all electrical/earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

Transportation of Transformer from site E/M yard to workshop for repairing and from workshop to site /E/M yard after repair etc of capacity upto 250 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 83 here-in-before but exceeding 250 kVA not exceeding 750 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling top cover of transformer of capacity upto 250 kVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT / LT bushing of transformer or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for minor internal repairs of transformer all including draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same, re fixing the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note - spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Description all as per item No 84 here-in-before but exceeding 250 kVA not exceeding 750 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of complete HV/LV coils of transformer upto 250 kVA (11/6.6/0.433 kV) and segregating, serviceable and unserviceable coils, serviceable coils shall kept aside for reuse after complete varnishing and testing of each coil including removal of complete core and accessories such as HV / LV bushings with metal parts, oil temp indicator ,winding temp indicator and disconnection of OTI, WTI complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rewinding of defective HV / LV Coils shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The rate deemed to be included of all tools and plants.

Dismantling old un-serviceable HT 11 kV bushes and fixing in replacement of HT Bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal suitable for transformer of capacity up to 250 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 88 here-in-before but exceeding 250 kVA not exceeding 750 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old un-serviceable LT bushes and fixing in replacement of LT bushes porcelain Vitreous with brass spindle threaded with washers nuts, locknuts and rubber seal for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity not exceeding 250 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 90 here-in-before but exceeding 250 kVA not exceeding 750 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to the leaks of transformer of any cap from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, by replacing gasket / seal, or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body / fins, by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old burnt winding and rewinding of HT/LT coil of different type, capacity and make of transformer with approved quality supper enamelled copper wire/ strip of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns along with allied materials like cork sheet, fibre glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ Empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc. all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Top gasket made of 3mm thick cork sheet with suitable holes for 11/6.6/0.433 kV transformer of any type/capacity including providing suitable size of bolts, nuts and washer for transformer top cover complete for any capacity/size transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically, open the cover of transformer any type/size and filtration and dehydration of Transformer oil for 11 / 6.6 / 0.433 kV transformers, with stream line mobile filtration plant (To be provided by contractor & quoted prices deemed to include its hire charges) at a temp from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve the dielectric strength of oil 60 kV or over at standard gap as per IS 335 of 1993 (Fourth revision) to remove the moisture from winding and core complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Filtration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (b) Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil and submitted to Engr-in-Charge in a prescribed manner.

M&L for Open the cover of transformer any type/size on site/ in workshop for rep & maint and filling in with new transformer oil low viscosity of approved make as per IS-335 of 1992 including heating of oil and die-electric strength 40 kV when tested at 4mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of temperature gauge circular dial type of standard size and dia suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer upto 400 kVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement and full fill up fresh silica gel in assembly at site complete all as directed and specified.

Servicing / Calibration to 11/6.6 kV HT VCB complete including the following (a) Taking out 11/6.6 kV HT VCB of 630/800/1250 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward / downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the mechanical system. cleaning & servicing the fixed / moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication / greasing and reassembling the VCB / SF6 including connection to HT panel complete insulating oil to be replaced where reqd complete all as directed and specified. (b) Taking out relay set of any make from HT 11/6.6 kV VCB panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note for (a) & (b):- (i) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Note : Minor spares if required shall deems to be included with the above job.

Supply only shunt trip coil assembly suitable for HT, VCB panel 11/6.6 kV, operating on 30 / 110 volt system and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only closing / tripping coil operated on 110 / 30 volt system as per sample suitable for working of relay of HT VCB panel complete all as directed and specified.

Supply only fabricated gears as required for spring charger of VCBs as per sample.

S & F in replacment charging motor for 11 kV, VCB, 1250 Amps operated on 230 volts DC as per sample complete all as specified and directed.( Make:- Electra / Delco or equivalent as approved by GE ) .

M&L for the CTs of ration 200/100/5, with 5 P 10 for protection and class-I accuracy having 15 VA burden all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement indication lamp (LED type) Red or Yellow or Green colour suitable for 110 volts AC / 110 volt DC / 30 volts DC (as required at site) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning,rubbing,preparation for painting all surfaces of Steel tubular poles 9/11 mtr with security light bracket or clamps,channels etc complete and painting all surafces of the same with AL paint 2 coat complete with black & yellow stripes (total 5 nos with 30 cm width from bottom of poles) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement Air circuit breaker 1000 A cap 3P, 50 kA manual draw out type thermal magnetic type ,micropro – communication compatible with RS485 modbus protocol conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2, Dual spring balanced mechanism com[plete with all accessories as per spe cified amd directed by Engr-in-charge. Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections used for security light connections from cable to beacket on poles, twin core cable flat or circular 10 sqmm solid conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS work with hand rails ,half round or other stock section ,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars,including embeding in concrete and screwing etc , struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes ,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh/XPM net etc) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting and similar work conforming ton Fe--290 Gde E-165,with two coats synthetic black paint on steel surfaces complete complete including dismantling of old detoriated fencing and cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded having 100 mm thick) complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for PVC coated chain link fencing with mesh size 50X50 mm, GI wire dia not less than 4 mm and final PVC coated diameter should not less than 5 mm, height not less than 1 mtr from the plateform, colour of mesh will be decided by Engr-in charge and fixed complete to MS angles complete all as spd and directed. NOTE: MS angles will be measured in item no 110.

M& L for replacement of battry bank of 30V/100 amp (15 cells of 2V per cell) of battery charger complete with dismantling one & connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Make: Exide/Amron/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed.
