Supply and fixing of LED Street light Fitting having die cast aluminium body and diffuser with driver set suitable for 30Watt. to 40 Watt. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect.

Annual Repair Maintenance of Civil/Plumbing Work

Cleaning of septic tank including disposal of waste out side the UPPCL area as per direction of ther Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning and opening of chocked W.C/ bath/ kithchen pipe line including opening and refixing of chamber cover including washing etc. complete.

Maintenance of terraced roof including filling up cracks before rain with approved bituminous filler and stopping leaks during rain including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved made like "Super Snowcem" or equivalent quality on previously treated work with two coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labours etc. required for proper completion of work.
