Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.(compaction only) (As per Morth Specification 3.17 (305))

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (As per Morth Specification 4.14 (406))

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement and 3.5% Emulsion (SS-2) in uniform single layer on sub-base/subgrade and compacitng with the road roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (Grade-2) with 120 TPH higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 5.04 (505) complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 5.02 (503).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 TPH higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 5.05(507) complete in all respects.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (As per Morth Specification 9.03 (304))

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per MORTH Specifications 13.01 (1300 & 2200).

Supplying and instalation of delinators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100 cm. high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm. wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panel at the top buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawing.
