Supply, install, testing and commissioning of evaporative air cooler in steel body (desert cooler) made out of hot dip galvanised steel plain sheet thickness 1mm body and 2mm thick removable sides and back panels, single phase 230 volts of exhaust fan size 450mm sweep with submersible pump of suitable size / capacity (ISI marked) (maximum power consumption 250 watts), PVC grills, conecting copper cable with three pin length not less than 2.0 m, PVC connecting pipe of suitable length, BEE approved, having normal air flow 4000 cum per hour conforming to trade pattern including arrangement for fixing 15mm bore float valve, stop valve & PVC connection, leakage proof joints complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Float valve, stop valve & PVC connection will be measured separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Supplying and fixing cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates clamps fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sections shall be applied one coat of red oxide primer.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F sub-main wiring with two single core cables PVC insulated and un-sheathed 6 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS stranded copper conductor drawn into PVC concealed conduit, including one run 6 Sqmm (Nominal Area) copper cable as earth continuity conductor including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in panel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of 6 Sqmm single core cable and one run of 6 sqmm copper wire earth continuty conductor and conduit with fittings shall be measured as one length.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated stranded and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS - 1554 cross sectional area 4 Sqmm 2 core including thimbles / lugs with and including passing through pipe along wall, under road crossing / Nallah / under floor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Earth work, sand cushioning, GI pipe protection and brick protection to be measured and paid seperately).

S&F of air termination rod 12 mm dia single pointed 300 mm long along with base plate welded at bottom of termination rod,of size 10 cm long fabricated out 25x3 mm thick aluminium strip along with making 9 mm dia for fixing in fastners (wooden block) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material & labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32X6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test points as per IS specifications of shape and size as approved by GE and Engineer-in-Charge, made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia, 25 mm long hexagonal screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium strip 25mmx3.15mm complete with seddles and fixing screws etc for roof condutors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for PCC Block of size 25 cm x 25cmx30cm height in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate providing 02 Nos. MS fastner at the top of the block by using 8/9mm dia 20cm long bolts with T junction of 10cm & embeded in the PCC block, keep 7 cm portion of the bolt above the upper surface of PCC block alongwith 02 Nos washers and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 50mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with 2 Nos of mild steel clamp made out 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and CI cover with frame all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. Note:- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slantling position.

S&F wooden block of locally available hard wood of size 25 x 10 x 5cm for mounted on top of PCC block for errection of air termination alongwith bolts and nuts and run the roof conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix porcelain insulator of size 15cm x 7.5cmx5.7cm for isolation of conductor from the building wall by provviding 15cm long fastner at every 16cm distance in the wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of cable laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.
