Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone/ concrete wall surface in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on walls in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound (external surface) Incl necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement for height up to 10mtr, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of OBD over 1 mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth and even surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surface of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof paint on external surfaces) having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new decorated surfaces of ceiling etc. incl clening washing etc. and applying three coats of white lime wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified as per manufacture instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling incl pilasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) ,incl wherever required fillings of gaps ,holes, patches with wall care putty of existing surface with sand paper or iron patti / flat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pilasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) incl wherever required fillings of gaps ,holes, patches with wall care putty of existing surface with sand paper or iron patti / flat, complete all as specified and directed.
