Work

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1 and 300-2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 .

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.5 .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse aggrigate material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at O.M.C.and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for Grading 1 as per MORD Specification complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 2 as per MORD Specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53.22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per MORD Specification.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first brick class M-150. 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in charge of the work including material, labour and T & P etc for Proper completion of the work.. As per PWD S.I. No. 765

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.
