REPLACEMENT OF TWO PASSENGERS LIFT OF MAIN OFFICE CDA PATNA UNDER GE DANAPUR

Taking down existing old us BER passenger lift located at CDA Patna of capacity 13 passengers (884 Kgs) by disconnecting its electrical connection/control cables and complete accessories removal of car by using necessary T & P and deposit in MES store yard or keep aside where directed by Engineer -in- Charge within distance not exc. 200 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Design supply, installed testing commissioning passenger lift of rated capacity 13 passenger (884Kgs), speed 1.5 mtr/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts +/- 10%, 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply confirming to IS-17900 part 1 and part 2, suitable to serve G+6 (upto 7 floos) upper floors with AC variable voltage frquency drive (VVVF drive- closed loop) complete with all standard accessories, 7/7 opening /stop front only, machine roomless, gearless microprocessor based simplex selective collective control with /without attendent RCCRB ( reinforced cement concrete with red brick) shaft width 2450X1800 mm ,overhead 4500 mm , travel height 21 m, stainless steel car width 1500X1400 mm car clear height 2200 mm fixed with LED lights and cross flow fan, power operated centre opening sliding stainless steel doors with vision panel 2 panel linier door drive system with car door ( W X H ) 900 mm X 2000 mm and standard safety device like Over speed governor, infra door screen inbuilt counter weight screen , overload indicator fireman switch,automatic rescue device (ARD) , battery operated Emg alarm light and two way intercom with press & speak in COP & all other acessories provided by OEM and required for commissioning of lift, suitable for passenger lift of rated capacity 13 passenger (884Kgs), speed 1.5 mtr/sec complete all as specified and including comprehensive maintenance of passenger lift after commissioning involving:-

(i) Periodical inspection by OEM through AMC. The inspection has to be carried out fortnightly during DLP. (ii) Attending breakdown as and when intimated. (iii) Repairs/ replacement of defective and unsereviceable parts during DLP for safe and efficient performance of lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Overall quoted rates include of all consumables and defective parts during comprehensive maintenance of passenger lifts during the DLP and necessary MoU shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by the OEM for AMC. (ii) The lift will be supplied and installed as per latest IS code IS 17900 Part I & II effective wef 22nd Dec 2025 as mandated by BIS or any further revision. (iii) Before quoting, contractor with expert will visit lift shalf & highlight technical suggestion (if any).

PHASE II - Comprehensive maintenance of passenger lift after successful completion of DLP of work covered under under item 2 above:-

M&L for comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift capacity 13 Passenger serving G+6 floors (upto 7 floor) upper floors, all as specified under item No. 02 including:- (i) Periodical inspection by OEM through AMC. The inspection has to be carried out fortnightly. (ii) Attending breakdown as and when intimated. (iii) Repairs/ replacement of defective and unsereviceable parts for safe and efficient performance of lift and as directed for the first year after expiry of defect liability period complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift capacity 13 Passenger serving G+6 floors (upto 7 floor) upper floors, all as specified under item No. 02 including:- (i) Periodical inspection by OEM through AMC. The inspection has to be carried out fortnightly. (ii) Attending breakdown as and when intimated. (iii) Repairs/ replacement of defective and unsereviceable parts for safe and efficient performance of lift and as directed for the second year after expiry of defect liability period complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift capacity 13 Passenger serving G+6 floors (upto 7 floor) upper floors, all as specified under item No. 02 including:- (i) Periodical inspection by OEM through AMC. The inspection has to be carried out fortnightly. (ii) Attending breakdown as and when intimated. (iii) Repairs/ replacement of defective and unsereviceable parts for safe and efficient performance of lift and as directed for the third year after expiry of defect liability period complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying,installation,testing,commissioning of LT panel board 3 phase 4 wire system indoor type factory made free standing,floor mounting with suitable PCC foundation dust and vermin proof cubical type (back door opening) interlocking arangement (IP- 55 protection) fabricated with 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with Anti corrosion coating & finnaly polyester powder coated with approved colour including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports, danger notice board, fully compartment & providing with two Nos aluminum strip of suitable size to connect panel earthing all as specified for the following:- (a) Incomming :- (i) MCCB 125 AMPS 4 pole 415 Vollts 25 KA -01 No. (ii) Digital type amp meter 0-200 Amp with CT's 03 Nos. (iii) Digital type voltmeter 0-500 Volts -01 No. (iv) Indicating lamps (RYB) 01 set of 3. (v) Copper bus bar rating 200 Amps 3 phase neutral-01 set (vi) Chamber for incoming & outgoing cable. (b) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 63 AMPS 25 KA 415 Volts 4 pole -02 No. (ii) MCB SPN 32 Amp, C curve - 03 Nos

Supply and laying ,jointing and testing XLPE insulated extruded PVC outer sheath and inner sheath galvanized steel armoured cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7089 (Pt I of 1988) laid in tranches/ pipe/duct/pole complete all as specified and directed size 70 sq mm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m deep and n.exc.1.5 m wide in any type of soil and forming bottom surfaces for laying of cable/ foundation of polescomplete all as specified and directed.
